    Mark Wiens Reaction Guide:
    - Neutral Expression:
    Nothing special
    - Shake head up and down, makes a quick mmmnnn! sound:
    Good Stuff
    - Slide Whole head to one side with orgasmic expression leaves mouth open for a while with worrrrrrr! sound:
    Excellent food
    - Slowly slide head to one side, eyes closed with extremely orgasmic expression, leaves mouth open for a long time with barely audible worrr... sound, chew slowly/leave food in mouth for long time so as to prolong the moment:
Heaven is having a party in my mouth

I Love watching his reaction after he takes a bite into a food. When I see a good food out there or that I am eating something good, an image of Mark Weins' reaction come mind. Who know... maybe there are some of Mark Weins' fan out there that are making his reaction after taking a first bite of a dish.

The technique of taking the fish off the rice and dipping it, then replacing it back on the rice is fantastic. I'm surprised I've never seen it before, as it seems the intelligent thing to do.
    Thanks for the vid!

    • @realchannel-ei4cv

+apocaRUFF That is bad technique that require more soy sauce(salt). Proper way is dip little of meat with hand. I personally like dip on rice side if something might fall.

      NO, NO, NO, plz.
"The technique" you mentioned there is called "OIHAGI," or a robber, a highwayman, or anything you name it.
Not a proper way nor beautiful, elegant way to eat Sushi.
I'll recommend you not to do that, especially at the counter, at an ordinary, not a 100 yen sushi restaurant.

I liked it, but I already thought that eating the real deal (from a restaurant, not necessarily an expensive one), or something more like it, will taste really good... and God, I couldn't have been more right! Go an try it at a restaurant in town with good reviews... and if you have the chance, at a more exquisite restaurant... YUM!!!

I wanted to tell you that your videos have been really important to me the last couple weeks as I have Crohn's disease and already can't eat many things but recently haven't been able to eat at all for the last four months. Its been so hard not to eat, but your videos (especially these Japanese videos) have let me taste and eat food without actually tasting or eating. Some people told me I was just torturing myself, but honestly it is one of the only things helping me through this time in my life right now. I watch it before bed so I can dream of fatty tuna sushi, tmepura and young chicken XD. anyways, thank you! And keep eating!

You're not supposed to take the fish off the rice you're supposed to hold the whole piece and dip the fish side down only, and shaking the soy sauce off is rude and considered bad manners.
