I was sprinting by all the mobs and using vanish to pick pocket. I got it done but I guess now I know what Touch of Zanzil does...
Hmm, i think the stealth bonus to NE is helping alot here. I walked behind the lvl 21 mobs and they turned around and hit me even with 5/5 MOD and 5/5 Camo.
for anyone who try to attemp this with the touch of zanzil buff/debuff on you. If u wanna remove this debuff i guess just craft a Anti Venom via First Aid and ull remove the debuff. thank me later :)
Grad Video, but be careful: if you already have the bomb und do it like this the q will be bugged. I tured the horn into the box and nothing happend. No Letter, not clickable even a day later.

Do t do this at lvl 20 get 22 and distract the mops turn and walk like total maniacs and you corbsrun yourself to insanity. I was on the brink of it waist so mutch time i could ha e lvled to 22 in that time

See end of the video, you need to get back to a city or apparently wait 15 minutes to receive the second letter, after that you can loot the chest and get the rune
FYI - Horde will need to go to Stonetalon Mountain and talk to Veeix - or something like that. Pickpocket goblins in the area for the quest reward. He'll create you a bomb which will blow the door instead of unlocking the gate for the human. Also was able to do this without any points in master of deception. Just be careful and figure out the routes. Failed about 3 times but ultimately prevailed. Good luck bois.
Deadly brew doesn’t work until you finish the poison quest. Only after you finish the quest does the deadly poison and instant poison from the tune start applying
FYI - If you still have Touch of Zanzil on, your stealth level will be too low to do this. Have someone clear the poison off of you before attempting.

Undead, level 24. All points in combat. 0 stealth buffs just did it ezpz.

Did now lv20 5 pts in stealth, just died 2 times, including after lowering the lever (undead btw)

did it today at lvl 20 respec for it just put 10 in sub for stealth and speed worked well only 10s to respec
I thought about using 5 points in deception, but first I checked to see how other lvl 20s did it. I'll go respec now
rank 2 stealth and lvl 25 i have only 2 points in master of deception and they cannot see me at all

horde dont need to, pull the latch have him unlock the door, die ( if you dont have vanish) run back in and the door is unlocked.
