Thanks For Watching!
That HVFD semi tanker is awesome. Love seeing it rolling coal.
Great job you guys
Great catches ! Love the brush rigs and that sheriff truck
Man those fire trucks look like from my father's time when he was a firefighter in the 60s and 70s!😂
Wow that downtown area looks abandoned!
I watched a video about some of the most abandoned areas in either Texas or the US and that town was on it. It's very desolate. I believe the highway system helped make it worse.
its like that all over the south, midwest and central plains
damn i didn't imagine that some fire depts had semi-truck tenders, Really cool
Very interesting with the variety of do it yourself brush trucks.
Gotta love the old HiLo sirens! Nice catches
Hey. I got on Hoover right around this time, was a hellish few weeks and a very active way to start out being a fire fighter but it was fun to learn everything I did. Also love it when you show Hoover!!
That’s awesome. I remember seeing the fire rekindle the next morning about 5:30-6am from my apartment. I was top floor with south view at Schneider house. Tones went off and saw the glowing on the horizon. That was a good burning fire season. May be back for next.
Wow that was a sad looking area with the bad roads and empty store fronts.
Such a shame to see all the surrounding shops all boarded up.
was quite shocking aye
Awesome footage! Also, PFD E3, has the exact same badge on the door as my dept, weirdest thing.
4:10 that Hoover, is that a tender or an oiler?
Epic!
Any reason the tanker only has blue lights?
What's that pickup at 1:55?
What's the EMC pickup towards the beginning?
Fire marshal may be
Just someone’s POV en route to the station.
Emergency Management Coordinator.
B4 is a Ford F-Series, probably an F800. The C-Series was a cabover design.
Did I miss the fire??
Fire engine to little pickups, "You should be pulling over for me! I have the water!"
How big was this fire? Also, great video
It was about 300 acres
Nice Video - Uhh, quick question, Why does the Semi-Tanker Truck at 4:27 have Police Light on it?
Many Department's run red and blue. NFPA has reg's too as to number and color of warning lights. Got to admit, only truck I have seen just blue. Varie's state by state too.
To complicate thing's more, some volunteer's use green or blue on their POV's
Headlights gentlemen…headlights!! Warning lights alone are insufficient to alert the motoring public . E4 has it right. It needs to be ingrained in your EVOC training
What is EMC???
Emergency Management Coordinator.
I see Texas has the the same "fuck you, I'm too important to move for you" attitude as the every other state.

Booster 4 needs some better lighting
Shortly after this was taken they got Booster 4’s lights fixed.
Perfectly good Federal Signal. Those were some of the best back in the day.
Just need maintenance...
Also needs its chassis repairing by the looks of the flex in it!
that area the station is at looks dead: no people, no cars, road in poor condition,....
But some nice catches, although the lights on that one apparatus didn't really work
Bro caught a warbonnet and didn't even see it 😂
Ghost town ?
Booster 4 needs a new motor for the light bar, easy fix.
That Aerodyne light bar on B4 needs to be replaced. Put a Whelan light bar on top and some lights on the back.
B-4’s light bar needs some attention.
I'd be worried more about the implied lack of overall preventative maintenance on that rig, than just the friggin' lightbar. Not used as much, out of sight, forgotten during the daily routine.
B-4 needs a new lightbar!
And lower lights
8-4 looks about 107!
No, as Mark Danielczyk said, it just needs a new motor in the existing bar. Retro lightbars like that are cool. I'd be worried more about the implied lack of preventative maintenance on that rig. Not used as much, out of sight, forgotten during the daily routine.
I think the lights are supposed to rotate there guys

Town looks old
Never seen a fd semi

I do not understand all these fire departments I see waiting, waiting on what, the fire does not wait.
Bunch of bull ....
Gad! Cedar Rapids looks broken and deserted.

I worked for Pampa FD when Booster 3 was new. That's been over 25 years ago.
