They were an Irish band consisting 3 sisters and a brother. They combined irish music with pop/rock touches. And country music (especially in the Appalachian mtns) was an offshoot of traditional Irish music...which is why I think you sensed a country vibe.
The Corrs my favorite band..Get addicted to their songs like Breathless,Runaway,Somebody for Someone, Right time, Hideaway and more. Thank for this..more power..
This song was co-written and produced by Shania Twain's husband at the time Robert John "Mutt" Lange, who co-wrote and produced all of Shania's biggest hit albums. This song definitely has that same "Come On Over" vibe.
Wow, I love what you said about the song being like fresh air. I didn't know the name of their group so when the song came on, it was a really nice surprise.
Great Reaction, Ms Empress! The Coors were a bop back then. Great harmonies and lookers. They do a great dancy cover of FMac 'Dreams' Country girls and brother from the country of Ireland!
Tight Irish harmonies of these three sisters and brother. They do an excellent cover of Fleetwood Macs "Dreams" that hopefully one of us Patrons will request! Also, they are The Corrs, with two R's.
Me and my best friend that I do videos with on my channel used to jam to this all the time! I actually once got to meet Andrea and Sharon Corr (the singer and drummer respectively) and they are two of the nicest people I've ever met!
This is cool. I'm drunk on coors listening to the coors although I thought they were called the corrs but then again it could be the coors clouding my judgement.
Great pick patron! When I saw it on the list I had to go listen to it again before Empress reacted. I haven't heard it in such a long long time. Love this song.
@@EmpressReactsI still have about 100 CDs. When Apple introduced iTunes this is how I built my very diverse library. Then Peer to Peer sharing was the thing. I used to spend an entire day downloading music to burn CDs.🤪I just love music!🎵❤
John Mutt Lange produced this. He did def Leppard, ac/dc, BRYAN Adams. Sold a billion records because of his sound and special touch. It all got too alike sounding like this in the end. He married Shania Twain and did her two best sellers as well before cheating on her with her best friend and getting divorced and is now older and pretty much retired.
Glad you have discovered The Corrs! They are an Irish family band and are SO talented! Check out their songs Runaway, Radio, and I Never Really Loved You Anyway. I would love to see them in concert, but would have to go to Ireland. They no longer tour in the U.S.
Love that the CORRS is getting the attention they deserve! This song was SO popular back in 2000, especially here in Philippines! They were huge back then! Love their music! Interesting that you hear Country since their main genre is Folk, which do kinda sound the same at times! 💜
I love the Corrs too, especially when they sing Irish traditional songs. Please react to them singing I Never Loved You Anyway. It rocks & you'll love it!
You need to check out ‘ The Corrs- MTV unplugged’ it’s 20 years old but such a beautiful album and the video is just classic, I still listen to it now x

Oh so that was.their bro 🤣 and yes country is all I hear
Andrea Corr appeared briefly in Evita with Madonna in 1996 and sung with her on a song called Hello and Goodbye.
The final part "go on" matching with the drums..... GENIOUS
I love the Corrs! They have a big collection of songs . ♥️
This one could have been a Shania single. Their debut song Runaway was their best
Oh I feel so old! I was a kid when they're famous.. and always identified with Andrea but tried to play violin like Sharon. Goodness, I feel old.
I was only two when this song came out and I loved it ever since
Girl I love your channel! Always discovering something new

Ha really.....I have always thought of Shania Twain whenever I heard this song....just has that feel. Makes sense now.
Wow, I love what you said about the song being like fresh air. I didn't know the name of their group so when the song came on, it was a really nice surprise.
The name is literally their Family name. They are Coors. All 4
Great Reaction, Ms Empress! The Coors were a bop back then. Great harmonies and lookers. They do a great dancy cover of FMac 'Dreams' Country girls and brother from the country of Ireland!
They also did a great version of Summer Wine (originally performed by Lee Hazelwood and Nancy Sinatra) with Bono of U2.
I forgot all about this song and how much I used to love it! Thanks for the reminder!
Tight Irish harmonies of these three sisters and brother. They do an excellent cover of Fleetwood Macs "Dreams" that hopefully one of us Patrons will request! Also, they are The Corrs, with two R's.
Oh two Rs‼ I gotta fix that 🤣 thanks for the tip
The Corrs. Absolutely love them 🇮🇪🎹❤
🔥
Me and my best friend that I do videos with on my channel used to jam to this all the time! I actually once got to meet Andrea and Sharon Corr (the singer and drummer respectively) and they are two of the nicest people I've ever met!
Sharon is the violin player. Caroline is the drummer. Wish I could meet them. Jealous! They are so talented!

I don't drink🍺😂 but I like this song.
I still have this Corrs CD!💚 This got heavy rotation from my 6 disc changer in the trunk of my car😂
Oh wow🤣🔥🔥

So Young is my favourite Corrs song. Dreams is pretty good too, but that's a cover of course of Fleetwood Mac.

Yay. Great review. Thank you xx

dang that sucks

I like that you noticed the traditional irish yodel
it's 🔥🔥🔥
I love the Corrs too, especially when they sing Irish traditional songs.

Oooh I love this family group from Ireland 💗 💫
They played this song at CVS all the time.
Hello darling!!😊 I just love The Corrs...they have an MTV Acustic album and is amazing!!!xx

Its actually The Corrs not The Coors lol 😛
I thought something looks strange about that
👍👍👍👍👍👍
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Oh just wait I have a surprise for you involving this group and someone else.
