Last night in Baltimore she walked out on stage and stole the show. By the time she finished her set the crowd was under her spell. It was an amazing show. Ivy has arrived!
I have been watching for a couple years now sadly this is a perfect example of what a record company does when they at a loss on how to market an artist the production is great songs are well done different BUT they are clueless how to get you connected to the fans who would like you! And if you don't have a regular group of players you work with live, they much likely to pull out of the deal faster
Having just finished the show 'True Blood' again, I kind'a think Ivy would have made a good character in that story. Would love to have seen her as a 30's-40s lounge singer turned vampire.... One with a wicked sense of humor and a penchant for smacking people with a cast iron skillet. 😜
That voice... Effortless and natural for her. I compare her to Taylor Momsen in that way. Made to sing. And beauty and great humor too. I cant believe she is only 31 in 2018 . Old soul. a real joy to behold.
