This song and video takes her glam sassy bad girl image and ramps it all the way up into full Bitch Diva mode. Her swamp pop sound is traded in for an industrial-disco sound similar to Grace Jones from years back. She certainly can sing and her use of images to accentuate her lyrics are fantastic but the tone is ultra severe and not at all playful as in her earlier videos. I am sure most women and gay men feel times when they would sing along to this song while feeding their men to the wood chipper, but I cannot imagine most straight men playing this song for more than a week. This would make a cool James Bond female evil nemesis song or an evil drag queen anthem but not something I will be humming to work tomorrow. Interesting, but hopefully just a one off. Please bring the old Ivy back!

The rest of the album needs to appeal to the critics and the fans who will know all the music.
