I made 1 of these out of about 100 disposable vape batteries. Takes about 3 days to charge but then it will change my phone from 0-100 like 20 times without having to charge the pack again. I'll have to count to be certain, but that's close.
Bro all are saying that if one battery has different volatge then this will glow like torch and burn.. is that true if so what to do because i also want to make
Do those batteries have individual cell monitoring? Because it looks like you're just wiring those batteries into a series, and then onto a basic controller board. Without individual cell monitoring, you're likely to overcharge one of those battery packs and blow it to pieces. And if that circuit has no battery protection features and one goes, it's likely that all of them will go. Creating a nice big fireball that can't be put out easily by water.
The batteries are charged to the same voltage and then connected in parallel. Otherwise, if their voltages are different, then it's DANGEROUS to connect them in PARALLEL! This battery configuration is 1S 6P and there is no way or why to use a balancing module! Just is 1S 3.7V🤷
Because one battery pack will definitely degrade before the others do. And if one of them goes, they all go. And that's a house fire. That you can't put out with water.
@@JamesrealasdeathYou are correct that the would be a fire hazard if the cells were connected in series without individual cell monitoring. In this case they are all connected in parallel so the voltage is always equal in every cell. Even a degraded cell won't catch on fire if its voltage stays within the design parameters and the circuit is taking care of that. Almost every commercial power bank is built this way
