Bro, very nice video. But I read in the comment section that you have modified the charging in the ups to charge the lithium battery pack properly. It would have been really awesome if you had explained it along with the battery pack making or made a new video cause it may be misleading for many of not pointed out that lead charging system is different from Lithium ion technology.
Instead of using normal batteries you could have used 5 amp li ion batteries which are also available yes they are 18650 and only 6 cells would have been needed to create 12v 10 amps battery pack and the ups is not made to charge li ion batteries let me tell you use a simple charger pcb and connect the 12v input of ups to the pcb circuit it will help to keep them safe along with the bms

Y 2, que la ups maneja mucha temperatura por el trasformador, la cuál eventualmente llega a la bateria. Cuando se termina la carga de la batería de acido plomo con una PC , esos cables se sienten muy caliente(+ y -). Me da miedo que esa batería vaya a hacer explosión en algún momento por temperatura
That's not the problem as your laptop and phone gets even much hotter than this during high operations. My main area of concern is that the pcb should have thermal cut out sensors or sensors that can be attached to the battery body from the pcb. Like we have a laptop and power bank batteries.

Не делайте так, логика работы контроллера бесперебойника не расщитана на контроль литиевой батареи и просто заменить свинцовую на лицевую черевато пожаром взрывом лития и никакой драйвер не поможет. Так литий не любит перезаряд, а в бесперебойника свинцовые постоянно под зарядом стоят. Так что как минимум бесперебойник должен контролировать батарею и при полном заряде отключать ее. А в случай отключения питания она должна подключаться. Так что с такими вещами можно без дома остаться.
Есть грамотное решение этой проблемы в виде снижения конечного напряжения заряда до 12 Вольт. Причем именно до 12, а не 12,6, чтобы аккумуляторы не находились постоянно под максимальным напряжением. Я ставил литий в бесперебойник 1000ВА. Там используются 2 свинцовых аккумулятора, соединенных последовательно. Напряжение заряда по 3,9В на банку при использовании батареи из 7 секций по 4 банки. Полет нормальный. Встроена плата ВМС с контролем состояния по блютуз.
I tested 5 brands UPS crarge only 13.53~13.75V. The bms will cut charge when battery 12.6~12.9V. But UPS will stop output too early when battery still have energy but volter is low for Lead-Acid Battery.
Please do not let the UPS charge the Li-Ion 3S Battery. The 3S has a nominal voltage of 11.1V and a maximum of 12.6V (4.2V per cell row) - The UPS will attempt to charge the battery on the Pb voltage standard which is 14.4V. This will take the cells way over 4.2V and the BMS will probably burn its resistors as it will attempt to stop the current from passing, entering the "overvoltage" mode. If you don't do that, at least pin this comm so that people won't do it either. Thank you. Nice pack, btw. :D

we can't charge Li-ion battery pack with Lead acid battery charger so I had to modify the charging circuit of UPS so we can get appropriate charging voltage and current.

You do not measure the charging voltage of this UPS. Very important to understand, that it is not over of 12.6V, otherway the overheat and explosion is only the time... I think, that You need to place another smart bms module with the termosensor and the different charging input and power output and the additional cc-cv module with the max voltage and current ajustable.
The charging voltage to the battery is much higher than Li-on. Batteries can even explode from high voltage. Even if he can shoot video, there is a fire in people's houses, so what?

I like how he is measuring a 12vDC battery with the multimeter set on 200vAC lmao. Also what he is trying with the screwdrive? On that low 12vdc 7ah the metal will barelly heat in few minutes not seconds, nor will produce any spark.
I see 2 issues with this. #1. That device is made to charge SLA batteries, not Lithium. Its going to over charge them. #2. The AC out put is at 167V. WTF kind of electrical system use 167V. That going to burn up device that use 120V.
My Ups gives continues ticking (not beeping) sound and not charging. I opened it and I think,sound comes from relay. I don't know the problem. Also tested the voltage at battry charging point it is 6v . Please help me.

Так литий не любит перезаряд, а в бесперебойника свинцовые постоянно под зарядом стоят. Так что как минимум бесперебойник должен контролировать батарею и при полном заряде отключать ее. Lithium ion cells cant be charged like lead ones, max voltage is 12.6 for 3s and ur putting around 15v, it will burn the bms

Old type Avometer test square wave 110 V will show 8X V;test 220 V will show 16X V. Low level UPS AC output is square wave.

Probably there is some short circuit on pcb or damage component

When I change the battry with another one ,output is good working, but not testing with charging, because that is a lithium ion cell pack ,
