PR4 the strongest batch in terms of visual...the moment when they were revealed, mannn...those aura
Completely agreed, PR5 didn't live to the expectations IMHO.... Chaklov, Plymouth, Ruprecht, and especially Harbin design, feel like a downgrade from PR4... Even Marco Polo, that is blatantly over looked has amazing art
Also in terms of power.
Drake turned into my first priority when I gotten the swim suit skin. I needed that!

As an HMS exclusive player Plymouth was like an angel descending from the heavens for me. She is so freaking good, lol.
I really wished they didn't just make Brests ghost guns only be effective from behind, rather it being 360 degrees aim at the closest target. Sure, it's accurate to its WoW's design but its only really effective with suicide ships and feels like it sags there as a limit break unlock and that's really it. I'd also probably say have her heal skill to repeat the heal lowest HP ship then herself should be added as well. I mean maybe I think she needs a small buff in an area or two a little but that's just me. I'd still use her regardless since she's a real beaut...

About FDG Fate sim.If her Salvo Dependent buff were to be Simultaneously Proc and the Barrage were to be Enhanced.I think she can finally be Slot in The same league as Haku and Ply.
I know Brest is Decent in Tankiness and Dmg.But hey we have Agir and Kron for that.Brest is just the Butter between the 2 Sandwich Monsters.I only see Brest as a 3rd Option for CBs.
And then there's Anchorage spamming invincibility with 550mm torps and EU Elite Damage Control immediately stumbled Brest out of the fleet.

Don't forget her fatesim make her deal CB tier of damage so Brest lost in even that... Anchorage is straight up broken
fate sim 10 would be nice for these older units. I'd definitely say Agir and Haku over Plymouth just because of how good the other pr4 ships and gear are.
Working on Hakuryuu atm. She's still at 25. Will def go Plymouth next. So far I only have fdg full with agir also at 25 and azuma around 23.
I kinda go almost the opposite way about it, because my account is relatively new and I can't afford the cube research, so going after ships with boost from the catchup did speed things up quite a bit.
I also kinda enjoy maxing the potential of ships via buffs rather than stacking the strongest ones, even if the latter is better.
For example, I usually run Bismarck and Graf Zeppelin in my KMS fleet.
Hakuryuu has some good catch-up but getting the fleet tech to unlock her research is rough.

My research priority was PR4 since there is Haku and Agir there, plus Anchorage. AvP also a big plus since I'm carrier guy.
I planning on to research PR5 after my Tenrai get done. Since there is Ply and Brest there.
PR2 is nice but I already dump so much resources on researching FDG to 30, and I dont have a need for Azuma (yet).
PR3 only got Drake. so... yeah. maybe after everything else.
I will finish my Hakuryuu research pretty soon just missing the last combat exp mission, but saying that getting her to dev 30 will be a challenge is an understatement

Kimo could you please do a short video on what you do when op siren resets every month? I’m new to op siren myself and would love to know the steps to do every month for farming plates or Wyverns.
main thing for wyverns is making sure you clear the shop. That and arbiters. The 3 shops on the right side all have ur prints iirc

for me its hakuryuu>agir>plymouth>the rest imo haku is a must for end game content agir you could honestly use her even not maxed dev30 I've done it before tho you could argue that agir fits into any comp at the end of the day your main fleets are the ones who are dealing the damage at end game content and you need dev30 for haku to be good I could also say the same for fdg I could have her rank below haku but since 4 of the gatcha UR are BB and obviously more powerful than her I didn't rank her higher
I think when it comes to building fleet for end game content main fleet ships are always your priority especially for research ships since they will take a long time vanguard research ships can be used at dev20 and honestly I only used them as a tank
What would FDG fate simulation have to be in order for her to be in the same tier as NJ, Musashi, and UvH? If possible, do tell
Started playing like a week and a half ago and immediately started prioritizing Agir. Based simply on appearance but glad to hear she's a good choice.
egirl is on the top of my priority list and my waifu list. Only dev 28 and she's out dps-ing my backliners on occasion lol
i still use my drake along w/ Azuma & London in Mobfleet on OS

PR4 is so stacked. PvP God, BIS vanguard Tank, Half of God-comp Carriers, Best Light armour carrier in the game and the other one with a cool skin :( Oh and Drake is #1 in our heart!

Fate simulation plymouth will buff all battleship backline not just flagship
Or buff any flagship.
Knowing that Most CBs bests Drake in Tankiness and Slightly Wins in Dps too like Kron makes her down already.But Recently in the Current META showdowns Plymouth just Slap Drake more with Reality.
Tankier.More Dmg and Has Utility buff for Flag BB.Plymouth by no means just Slap Drake's Big ass around like she never existed.

Hi Kimo I wanted to share and ask a video idea that nobody has ever touched before. Could you make some kind of just a list of ships that have Cross-Fleet barrages? Im veteran on the game lvl 111 but still dont know what subfleet are the best in terms of getting boost for the main fleet. (for example: UvH, Perseus, Shima) but I dont know all of them. I feel it would help a lot of people in dailies Hard modes where you only fight 1 battle per map completion or so. Thank you!

how long should you expect it to take you to get a ship to dev 25 or 30? not sure when i should be looking to use them over other ships at low dev

No you're not. It just takes a while. Maybe bounce around and try different research seasons. You dont need to go for the DR's right away unless you really need that given ship.
I know I'm a bit late, but if you want to farm PR, you gotta have multiple strong fleets, which takes time. I would farm 11-4 if you have the oil, or 10-4 if you don't have it. If you have a decent fleet where your target ships are getting MVP, you can hammer out the PR ships in 2 weeks each at the most, and DR ships are a bit longer. If there's an event coming up, I also wouldn't sink any cubes into the research until after the event as well, just in case. Don't worry my friend, when I was around Lvl 80 I had like 2 PR ship, and now that I'm at Level 118, I have all of them (though not max LB). The further in the game you are, the easier it becomes because you have stronger ships!

Drake first dr priority for me, don't care what the meta players say or what facts they have to lay down to destroy my motivation to dev 30 and fate sim for her, cause waifu first all the way 😎
Honestly I have no idea how people seems to easily max out DR ship. Like I've been farming Azuma BP for god knows how much time and I still need around 130-160 BP just to max out all the stars.
It takes about 6 months to completely finish a whole PR level these days, if you are a active player. I've got all DR ships maxed apart from the two new ones which are sitting at level 25/30 and 23/30
Meanwhile me: Have 300 tech points in jp and royal faction :*)
POV: You have already completely completed PR1-PR3 and you are just here for PR4 and 5 Ship rankings.
As a pvp player I would say that the top 3 drs to prioritize are
Ägir, the best cb by far, the 2nd best tank and overall a real solid ship
Azuma, still the only pure dps cb she may have been powercrept but she can still completely incinirate light armors which is crucial in order to deal with top tier vanguards like Shimakaze and Duca
Fdg, the best sub for Nj and Musashi she hits like a truck and is arguably the 2nd strongest Gun bb right now (Nj is a barrage bb so that's why I said that fdg is the 2nd strongest Gun and not the 3rd) her main flaw is that she's shakled by her skills and her accuracy
