- Please join me as I continue to take my Liberty of London fabric scraps and make a gorgeous piece of fabric to use in any sewing project. Here I make a piece of fabric and then turn the fabric into drink coasters. I use "pellon thermolam plus" and "wool felt". These fabric coasters will brighten up anyone's kitchen and living space. What a great gift for the fabric lover in your life. Reduce and reuse your fabric scraps. Have fun!!
I am not sponsored by this product but I do recommend it :)

The liberty fabric is so lovely and you really have brought this beauty to the fore with your great creations
Thank you so very much for letting me know. :))
These are FABULOUS! Keep the ideas coming and thanks for sharing 😊
Hi...thank you for your supportive words. :)))
Great technique for making round zipper pouches. Fabric is attached to each side of the zipper, and then that fabric is attached to each of two circles. I might recommend covering with iron on vinyl for a pouch of any size or shape before assembling.
That's a great idea! Thanks for reaching out :)))
Oh this looks like fun. I’ll have to try this in one of my bowls I make. In my videos.
Hi... I will have to check out your video. So much fun to be had here. Thanks for sharing !!
It's new ideas for me !
Yay!! Thank you for letting me know 🥰
Every time I watch your videos you give me more things to think about. More choices I have to make. Which craft do I want to make this one or that one. But happy choices I can’t way to start. I know what I want to make for Christmas presents this year. Thank you for sharing with us. I hope the video making jewelry comes soon.

I’m sure they turned out beautifully 💕 Your Granddaughter is lucky ❤️

Such a great idea! I am ready to try this!
Thank you for watching. I hope you have fun trying 💕
So glad the scraps from circles saved. Cricuit
I have one in the box. Cuts circles that thick?
Hi...so pretty I have to save. Yes, The cricut had no problem cutting this project, I put the blade setting on Denim. There is a felt setting too. Hope this helps. :))
How do they hold up for fraying?
Hi... I have been using them. They are not fraying around the edges. There has been a stray thread hear and there but I just snip them off. Thanks for sharing.
Wow. Could you do a Cricut tutorial?
I'm glad you enjoyed the Video. I have a "cricut tutorial" on my list. :)))
Would it help if you put tulle over the fabric before you start quilting. I think it would help keep the little bits down. I love your scrappy projects. I bought the fabric and darnit, I want to use as much as I can of it. I have to believe that or else Im a hoarder.
Hi, ☺️ I like the tulle idea. I think it would result in a different look but a good one.
I think I am a fabric hoarder 😵💫
Thank you for sharing 💕
What is that fabulous sewing machine you are using?
Hi … I have a “baby lock Ellageo Plus”. The knee lift for the presser foot is a game changer. Thank you for watching 💕
@@Reignvermont Thank you for letting me know. Love your videos.
I have a brayer, four of 'em in fact. Sadly no Cricut, only a Cuttlebug and Grand Calibur. :( Not that I have any Liberty fabric either, just other 'stuff'!
Thanks for sharing! Not sure what a Grand Calibur is. Other fabric scraps would work well too. 💕
@@Reignvermont Basically it is a die cutting machine like the Cuttlebug, but uses larger dies.
@@rozwalters5812 Thank you! I will have to check it out :)
Great project. Your tension was too loose when you did your fmq. There are a lot of eye lashes.
Hi, I know …. I always forget to check that 😂 Thank you for the reminder 💕
Please do tell what things you using
Hi…I do tell along the way. Please let me know what questions you may have. I’m happy to clarify. 💕
Что так долго руками впустую водите
Do you offer them for sale 4 coasters❤❤
Can you wash them does the flannel run.
Hi.. Thank you so much for bringing this important question up. The wool I am using is 100% wool and color fast. There is no running. I would do a test if you are concerned. If the coaster gets wet without a good quality wool I think It could stain my wood counters or a table cloth. This would be a bummer.
Hi...I do not have them for sale at the moment. When I have more time in the Winter I hope to put some things in my Webshop for sale. I will let you know in a video when that happens. Thanks for your interest. xo
