Wait..wait wtf I know these guys. I’ve played trombone with Joe in a bar before, great guy and killer on the keyboard as well. The bassist in the background is wild good but I don’t know his name. I live in the same dorm with them on the FSU campus. This is fucking wild!
@@markjohnson3413 Well for one, studying music at FSU is not an easy endeavor, especially if you are balancing it with studying computer science like myself. Music is one of the things FSU is known for and I’m honestly not surprised I’m starting to see musicians from this school being recognized. In the jazz school specifically some of our professors are of pretty high status in the jazz world, one of them directs the count Basie orchestra. You can’t go into it expecting not to absolutely work your ass off. It’s also physically taxing, whether you are marching with the chiefs or just walking between classes, FSU is a big campus and Tallahassee is known for stupid hot weather and very hilly terrain so just living there is a damn workout, especially for a big guy like myself. The city is wonderful but in the way that cities are if that makes sense, lots of homeless, lots of crime, lots of pollution, yet you get around to appreciating its unique beauty and party culture.
