Damn I didn’t know Blichmann didn’t use weldless fittings on those kettles. Every other company is doing that now. Kind of shocked these guys aren’t.

I bought their 1bbl pilot for natural gas. I have never been so disappointed. I started at home and could not get it to come up to a boil. I called customer service and they said I probably did not have enough gas coming into the house since it is residential. Therefore I searched for a commercial space since this was my main objective to sell commercially. I still could not get it to come to a boil despite having ample gas supply, 8.5 inches of water. This system maybe amazing with propane but if you are planning on using it for natural gas walk away it’s so not worth the money. My disappointment goes even further in that the customer service has been sub par at best.
