It is mind-boggling that this is 'entry level', but as the author comments, this isn't particularly expensive for somewhere like London Bridge area... It's a lovely example of a Victorian conversion, but you can get so much more for your money in other cities. I think this just really illustrates London 'in a nutshell'; a city that has run away with itself in terms of value for money & quality of life. The implication of this is that prospective buyers either come from serious money or have salaries which are 175k + and some healthy (significant) savings for a deposit.
Love the area and flat is a good size I wonder if a reconfigure wouldn't allow a second shower room. The splashback in kitchen would have to go. Now all I have to do is win the lottery ;) I suppose there isn't a courtyard and couldn't tell if laundry was included. Parking? though I wouldn't need it but guests from out of the city might.
Exactly it’s a lovely space as it is however I feel there is still an option to give it a more authentic industrial vibe. Definitely make room for a separate shower room and I think even just a little bit more styling furniture wise would make a difference. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I used to work in one of the converted warehouses about 30 years ago and they were quite basic back then. This is a lovely, cosy apartment but a bit overpriced. Calling it an "entry level" i.e.1st time buyer is wishful thinking. Yes its got lots of amenities close by but still overpriced
Thanks for watching. I remember this area as well many moons ago. I know Sam might find the term entry level, a little bit hard to swallow but the reality is at that price point for a cool space that’s where your pricing starts in London
Over £1mil. for an apartment and you don't even own it. You lease it for 99 years. Meanwhile in Texas you could buy a luxury 5 bedroom luxury house for that and fully own it. Yeah, the London property market is a bubble.
Thanks again for taking the time to watch.

That's a very nice apartment. And the area looks like it would be fun to just walk around and grab a bite to eat. Thanks for the tour.
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching. And you’re absolutely right, there’s a proper café culture around there

Well, if you need a grand piano, this is the flat to bring it to!
Nice apartment. Thought it was Bridget Jones land. Can’t beat a bit of South London.
Absolutely spot-on. Thank you very much for watching and your comments.
Entry level if you are a millionaire!
London prices never failed to amaze me as well.

@@limarismenos it’s a weird thing leasehold. There are measures being drawn up in the uk to rectify it thought. Thanks for watching
depressing outlook, entryway and totally silly price.
Fair enough, it’s not gonna be for everybody. Thanks for taking the time to watch though.
