Loved this review and subscribed!! I lucked out and found 2 jiggy puzzles at the thrift store, one brand new and one just the glass packaging. I was thrilled at 6$ each because I knew they would have to blow me away for the 40$+ price tag. I'm still looking forward to doing them just to check the brand off my list- but so glad to know what I'm going into!

My exact experience with Jiggy. Received one as a gift, was really grateful and excited to try the brand. The quality was so substandard. Once complete I discussed this with other puzzlers and realized my experience was not unique. I have never done another. The artwork is superb, but not worth the price and diminished quality. Thanks for your honest review.

Congratulations on breaking the 1000 mark!!! You really went all out and in depth for this review! Their images are really super cute and their presentation is so classy! It’s a pity their quality doesn’t match up. I love your reviews, I love your puzzle hauls and I love watching you put a puzzle together! And I am very envious how quickly you work a puzzle. I love watching reviews on new puzzle brands, however I do think the prices are getting much too high. Especially if you only do a puzzle once and pass it on. However the artwork is so beautiful sometimes I can’t help myself lol. Happy puzzling!

Great video, Shannon! I’ve done “Shoe Shopping” and one other Jiggy puzzle and had the same experience as you. I agree, these puzzles would make nice gifts, but I won’t be buying any more of them for myself.

With all the bad reviews, plus puzzle piece thickness inconsistency, I wouldn't buy Jiggy for the world! Thanks for saving many of us money...to purchase puzzles that are worth it! You have the BEST review for Jiggy!

Congratulations on 1000 subscribers!!! 🎉 I do not love the artwork as much as you do, I would have given most an 8 at best. My price/value would have been a 2. The money was put into useless stuff like a scrapper and glue that I would never use. I would have preferred the ability to buy those two items separately, if desired, instead of all the waste. My overall score would be a 2.
Hi there! You are correct about the glue and puzzle scraper - those are NOT necessary. I NEVER glue my puzzles so those two items are wasted on me. I did love the artwork and the packaging though. Thanks sooo much for your comments! :0)
Thank you for the thorough review! I haven’t tried this brand and now I don’t want to. Quality is as important to me as the artwork. So is consistency, which seemed non-existent here. You don’t know what finish, quality or fit you’re going to get from one puzzle to the next. That would be so frustrating.

Congratulations on reaching 1,000+ subscribers. You gave an excellent and thorough review of Jiggy puzzles going above and beyond by evaluating 10 of their puzzles ! I have never heard of Jiggy puzzles. As a result of your video review, I visited the Jiggy puzzle website. Unfortunately, I am personally not attracted to the artwork but I am sure you and others are. In my opinion, Jiggy would do well to concentrate on bringing up the quality of their puzzle pieces to a "10" (a primary attraction of puzzles is the quality of the puzzle pieces and their fit) and cut back on the "frills" (who really needs a glass cylinder container?).
Hi Maggie! I hear ya! I really do like their artwork A LOT. It's such a shame that the quality is so inconsistent. They do put a lot of "frills" in the packaging that I will never use, like puzzle glue. I do think the glass cylinder container is really beautiful, and I will probably display one of their puzzles on a shelf, but I'm done with purchasing any more of their puzzles. @@persnicketypuzzler Yes, I would definitely delete the puzzle glue. I never use it either. I want to add that I really am grateful that you review so many new and boutique puzzle brands, most of which I am excited to discover as the result of your video reviews. I'm sure Jiggy will sell well once the company remedies the quality problem.

I would only use the puzzle glue to glue the peeled pieces, as these expensive puzzles deserve to be put together more than once....if they were better quality, LOL!!!!!
@@bettyc.6280 Not sure the puzzle glue included in the packaging is the kind of glue to do intricate gluing of a single piece - it's more for covering the entire puzzle and gluing it together. Too bad you have to resort to gluing pieces at this price point! :0)
Congrats on hitting 1,000, you deserve it and more. Why don't puzzle companies routinely have the date of publication on the box. A ten puzzle review is over the top, but you have saved me from wasting money

This review is super helpful! There’s a Jiggy puzzle with ice skates that I think about buying every time I see an ad for it because I love the picture so much. But I just can’t get past the price, and I’m glad to know the value isn’t there. That will make it easier for me to pass it by next time! (Not to mention the probably 100 puzzles already in my to-do stack!)
Hi Kristen! I also loved a lot of their artwork, but the quality of the puzzles is so inconsistent that I just can't recommend them. I have a stack of around 1000 to get through - and I keep adding to it! Argh! Thanks a lot for your comments! :0)
I love your videos! I had basically the same conversation with a fellow puzzle addict about quality. I bought a jiggy puzzle at a library sale for $6. When I was putting it together, I was glad I hadn't paid full price. I do love their artwork! I noticed that the pieces fit wonky and there were a lot of false fits. I almost think the glass cylinder was the cause of bent pieces. Thank you so much for the review, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this experience. BTW, have you done a Unified Pieces review? I'll have to double check. Also Surf Shack and Puzzles of Color are fabulous!
Hi Christina! Jiggy has beautiful artwork and packaging, but where is the quality? I *adore* the glass cylinder they put the puzzle pieces in.
I do not own any Unified Pieces puzzles so I haven't done a review of the brand. I love the Surf Shack brand and may do a review in the future. I also do not own any Puzzles of Color puzzles.

Shannon, hold off in purchasing Unified Pieces. Even though it's a great brand, the owner who is fabulous, plans to improve quality EVEN MORE. I have Color Bliss. I can't wait to see his new makeover!!

Their pieces are thick, but since I contacted the owner bc I bragged about his puzzle but also made suggestions, he is working on improving them even more!! He doesn't have many to choose from, but I'm sure he'll have more in the future. I am very pleased with his company. The piece cut can be described as " where random meets ribbon". But it may take months...but worth the wait!!!!

You certainly gave a thorough review of Jiggy puzzles. Such a shame that the quality left a great deal to be desired. Talk about pricey!! The price of one 800 piece Jiggy puzzle would be equal to my buying two 1000 piece jigsaws. I thought it was a bit over the top to use a glass cylinder for the pieces. From my point of view a nice fabric bag would have been better. I've never done their brand as they are not obtainable in the UK.

They should have the glass cylinder as an accessory on their website. One glass cylinder is enough for display purposes.
Thanks for this intense review on Jiggy. I have always believed that this was a high end puzzle brand and based on your review, I conclude that it may not be the brand I’ll be buying for a future purchase.

Just purchased 2 JIGGY puzzles and my experience is exactly the same as yours. I was glad to see my 500 piece puzzles did not have the paper backing, however the image was peeling off many of the pieces. These 2 puzzles will be my last. Not worth the price!

You are spot on in your review. Beautiful packaging, terrible pieces. I did Nutcracker and the poor fit in all the black area was frustrating. I remind myself of this every time I am tempted by the artwork. It has a two frowny face rating for me.
