Damon Salvatore and Elena Gilbert have one of those epic love stories that will go down in history as one of the greatest TV romances. In fact they already are. There are no roadblocks or obstacles these two couldn't overcome; sire-bonds, the universe, travellers, death, prison worlds, memory loss, and a sleeping curse. Is it just me or did Elena and Damon not get enough time together on screen? They were always broken up, or sire bond, or Damon died, Elena wiped her memories, eternal sleep, soulmates, choosing Stefan, something was always in their way and when it finally happened for them? Boom! No more! Elena’s asleep for 70 years! Like, I feel cheated. No joke. Just want them to come back.

I think that’s the point is that it’s messy and hard but it makes them stronger and better ppl for it it sends them deeper he gave her a love that made her feel alive and she gave him a love that saved his humanity I’d say the ending was satisfying and it’s great to see they had such a happy life together but I too in the finale would have liked some dialogue nd more scenes
Stefan came to mystic falls, to elena, and Damon came to mystic falls to make Stefan’s life a misery, but Elena changed his heart, and he ended up protecting him, and she found her way to Damon always. Every character in TVD, the whole family, Caroline, Bonnie, Damon, Elena, Stefan, Alaric. Tyler, Matt, the originals, and Jo ofcourse, etc. they all made us feel absolutely epic. You can’t deny it.

i have seen a bunch of movies and series with love stories, but no love story EVER on screen managed to top theirs.
She really loves Damon more than she ever loved Stefan. Such a great love story and chemistry, like Rose said he's either the best thing for her or the worst and he turned out to be the best.

Delena was just meant to be... their love was something that was somehow toxic at the beginning then it became such an epic one.... I adored them.... .... but hats off to Stefan"s sacrifice.. he put them back together by ending his future happy life with Caroline.... that's one hell of a unmatched sacrifice.

There's a part in the legacies that says Damon and Elena have kids of there own. What I'm really hoping for is maybe in future legacies is that Damon and Elena kids come on the show! I would definitely start watch ing the show then even tho Elena and Damon won't be on at least they would have there kids and wanna know what they look like!

Yeah but they would have to be younger then Hope and the twins because when Caroline was pregnant Elena wasn’t (obviously) and then they probably waited like a couple months or a year and then she is pregnant for 9 months so the kids will probably be like 3 or 2 years younger then the rest and there humans so... BUT they could let them in because Damon used to own the school and Damon is Caroline’s brother in law and Elena is one of Caroline’s best friends do they should let them in the school and there parents used to be Vampires so they know all about vampires unless Damon and Elena wanted to keep it a secret from them so they could just have a NORMAL life but then again NO ONE is “NORMAL” in The vampire diaries or Legacies

At first I was Stelena, no questions and I didn’t even find Damon that attractive. But now season 4, I love Damon and team Delena. They’re just perfect for each other, crazy for each other, and their life is a complete adventure. They have passion, fire, a relationship that consumes them and he is selfless when it comes to her. Their characters hated, adored, loved each other, felt pain from losing each other but still will love each other forever no matter what and that's same for Ian and Nina. I think what they felt in the show they also felt in real life. Well, look at them, who can love someone with so much passion if that person is not his true love? +) I guess, Nian are the only ones who know this answer.
