Why cardio before weight lifting? It would be smarter to hit the run after lifting weights and also it would give you more time since you’d have a hour in the gym and then you could run after the gym closes outside

As a severely depressed person who (most likely) has ADHD, but desperately still wants to get my life together, this challenge makes me want to shit in my hands and clap before checking anything off the list. For people feeling shite about not being able to do this, I decided to modify it to make an alternate plan I call easy five. Instead of cramming and failing then getting burnt out, I decided to aim for small consistent habits instead. So, instead of 2 45 minute routines, I shifted to what can I accomplish in 5 minutes? You’d be surprised how much you accomplish when you give yourself a small time frame to solely focus rather than a big time frame with more opportunities to get distracted or doubt yourself. For the workout aspects, I just do five reps of something I feel like immediately when I think of it a few times throughout the day. Instead of reading 10 pages, read 5 sentences. You’d be surprised how quickly you get hooked to read more when you reach the fifth sentence, usually nothing has been resolved yet so you think, well why not one more? I made these numbers incredibly easy to reach so that when I finish them I realize I’m capable of doing much more and push for extra reps or minutes then I feel even more accomplished, but even if I don’t, I at least still accomplished a goal. Another one, instead of 1 gallon of water, I aim for taking at least 5 sips immediately when I think of it. Again probably sounds too easy, THATS THE POINT. My gist here is, sometimes setting the bar lower than you expect for yourself actually benefits you more.
