  • Ingredients:
    1/4 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
    1 Crumbled Brown Rice Cake
    1 tbsp Local Honey
    1 cup organic peanut butter no sugar (freshly ground preferred)
    1 cup sugar free Lily's chocolate chips
    1/3 cup Coconut Oil
    1 Scoop of your preferred unflavored protein powder

      Use any kind of protein powder you'd like ! I am using unflavored whey from a good source.
