Hi guys, I’m here at Costo for a clean 2023 Keto grocery haul, as you know the keto diet is a high-fat, low-carb diet that requires you to learn to carefully read ingredients. We want to make sure we select Keto items that are anti inflammatory, contain the cleanest and the most wholesome ingredients. So, come along with me and let’s do this together.
Since, the Keto diet is comprised of 70% healthy fats, 25% protein and 5% carbs what we select today will fit into one of those categories.
Few things are as well established in nutrition science as the immense health benefits of a low-carb, ketogenic diet. Not only can a keto diet improve your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar, but it also lowers your triglycerides, reduces your appetite, and it boosts your weight loss.
