There are so many names getting pronounced incorrectly, so here's a few pronunciations in a way DBG can understand: Concerto = Con Chair Toe Bacha = Say "Back" like Terminator + Uh Maestra = My Struh Ostinato = Aww Sti (like saying stick) Naw Toe Refrain = put the emphasis on Frain, not Re Together, we can improve this man's vocabulary
10:18 Bacha doesnt protect from orange light. bacha stops the activated effect from being negated, but orange light negates the activation. Its like how you can still solemn strike guru’s effect while the protection from final battle is active.
@@AIexhnthe veiler there is legal because it negates the effects of the card. So by the time the activated effect goes to resolve the continuous effect is negated and the activated effect is no longer protected and it resolves negated
Ok so bagooska can’t be used to negate melodious fusion effects if bacha is in the field. You need cards that negate effects until the end of turn like veiler imperm skill drain but effects like apollousa barrone bagooska will not work?
anything that negates activations work, also, anything that negates bachas continuous effect will then also shut down it's activated effect, like imperm/veiler it's probably easier to think of what bacha DOES stop. It protects against things that would only negate the activated EFFECT. Like ash blossom.
As I understand it, it works because Bacha makes it so activated effects cannot be negated but veiler/imperm negate that effect and then negate the rest of the card, even if it happens at the same time
So veiler and imperm negate the continuous effect. Which in turn lets the activated effect be negated. So ash or gamma wouldn’t work. But veiler impem moonlit does
The deck has a fusion spell that allows them to use their pend scales and those pend monsters have an effect to scale themselves if used as fusion material, so they're just moving them a spot over to signify this as it's easier than moving them to the ED and back from there :)
Nobody on DuelingBook is playing Shining Sarcophagus??? LMAO. I just came fresh from a high win streak with Shining Sarc. They are going to make a huge mistake!!!

hello the DB grinder guys here

Concerto = Con Chair Toe
Bacha = Say "Back" like Terminator + Uh
Maestra = My Struh

wouldnt be db grinder if he pronounces those correctly
Sonata - ce naw tuh
Non è italiano, quindi ci sta che pronunci male
A me diverte quando sento gli americani che provano a pronunciare le cose in italiano🤣

Bacha has the most unintuitive rulings
Yeah Bacha only protects from effect negation not activation negation
So they veiler 1:08 was legal or no? I’m confused on the wording…
@@AIexhnthe veiler there is legal because it negates the effects of the card. So by the time the activated effect goes to resolve the continuous effect is negated and the activated effect is no longer protected and it resolves negated
Elijah Green misplays and leaves salty as can be? Must be Tuesday
He didn't misplay, he got salty for no reason kek, though seconds later he would've gotten orange lighted so it didn't matter.
forget tuesday, it's any day that ends with Y
Hey at least he didn’t get down right toxic
the mirror match seems pretty neat to play, last time I enjoyed playing a mirror or to watch been played was in the sky striker meta
tear mirror was nuts tho
yo this deck kinda looking pretty nice. Was kinda turned off because someone kept raving about it but these replays making me have a second look ngl.

You need something that negates the effects the card entirely. If it only says “you can’t activate” or “negate THAT effect”, it won’t work.
anything that negates activations work, also, anything that negates bachas continuous effect will then also shut down it's activated effect, like imperm/veiler
it's probably easier to think of what bacha DOES stop. It protects against things that would only negate the activated EFFECT. Like ash blossom.
Hey dB grinder quick question could you post the deck profiles for some of the high rated replays?
i can’t get the profiles but you could ask them on db
You play only lights In melodious? Would shadow imprisoning mirror be good spice ?
Why does imperm work on the bacha in game 1? Doesn’t its effect state that it can’t be negated?
imperm works vs it , something like ash wouldnt
@@TheDBGrinderok thanks, makes sense
0:54 why does the veiler work on bacha? I thought that its first effect protected it
It is

Ok im getting back into the game. Why am i seeing all these people move their pendulums over 1 spaces then back?

Wait why would Bacha get negated by Veiler? I thought it prevented activated effects from being negated. Or am I just dumb?
It's a continuous monster effect that can be negated by veiler
Ah I am just dumb xD
Ty for the answer tho!
@olle6046 not dumb fam, first read can be so unintuitive for what's actually happening with some of these cards
Chill with these 🪞 please

bro how u gonna call soprano "songstress" when half the melodiouses are songstress too
