Can't think of anything else to comment so I'm just going to post a waffle recipe. Ingredients 250g Flour (plain) 7g Baking powder 20g Caster sugar 5g Salt 475ml Milk 2 Eggs 30ml Vegetable oil Method •Weigh all the dry ingredients, place in a large mixing bowl. Break the eggs into the milk and beat the mixture. •Add the egg and milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the oil and mix all ingredients together until all the large lumps have been broken up. Do not over mix otherwise the waffles will be heavy when cooked. •Pre heat the waffle maker and spray with oil (1 cal spray works well). •Pour 3/4 of a cup of batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 mins or until golden brown and crispy on the outside. •Serve hot with maple syrup. Also good served with sliced banana or blueberries. •Cooked waffles can be frozen and heated up in the toaster. Unused batter mixture can be kept in a container in the fridge for up to 2 days

Eating pure fat is definitely the most difficult of all the macronutrients because it is the most satiating thing you can eat, it's amazing that you guys are able to do this though, I could probably do a quarter stick of butter without water or anything but any more than that and I'd puke. One thing to note though, since most folk are so accustomed to avoiding fat, be careful about attempting this challenge at home since digesting fat requires bile acids, and your gallbladder probably doesn't have enough stored up to digest a high amount of fat at first. What I'm trying to say is, prepare for the runs...
***** I highly recommend checking out Chris Kresser's article about GERD and treating digestive problems with Paleo. I've done my version of Paleo for 9 months now and seen huge improvements in my digestion and lost 73 pounds without really doing anything or exercising much. It's at least worth trying for 30 days just to see what happens! You still get to have meat, vegetables, fruit and starchy vegetables, plus animal fats... Trust me when I say you will never go back when you emphasize high quality animal fat with high quality animal protein, it's unbelievably balancing and satiating. And you don't have to be Paleo forever, but to clear up digestive problems it's the way to go (see SCD diet too), and once you've healed you can slowly reintroduce "non-Paleo" foods (grains, legumes) if you want to, but with higher quality ingredients and better preparation.
I dunno why people still try going against Pete. He doesn't have a gag reflex... Don't you know what that means? He can't choke, except if he swallows down the wrong hole. He can swallow huge amounts of food and even if it does get stuck in his throat, he can just push it down with more food. And lastly, he can't get nauseous due to a large amount of food in his mouth, which means he can fill his mouth with food and swallow with minimal to no amounts of chewing... No gag reflex is not the same as "can't choke, even if it does get stuck in his throat" lol. Anyone will 110% choke if something is stuck in their through, no matter who it is in what situation. Maybe he made a joke and you are too young for it to register? ;D
Stephen knight i did not mean 'he can't choke' in a literal manner as in 'he wont die from oxygen deprivation', but more like he won't gag, i.e. his throat wont try to push the food out of his throat out of reflex, which means he can push it down. He still needs air, so if something with sharp corners gets stuck in his throat, it can lead to asphyxiation and eventually death if it is not cleared before his body shuts down. Sorry for the misunderstanding, because i did not mean for that to happen. Hope this reply clears things up for you and anyone else reading this.
