You do know they are immune to it, ive been in law for over 4 years and ive seen the horror with my own eyes the exploitation is everywhere literally EVERYWHERE be it the simplest of things it's simple a country with less than 33% conviction Rate is not a country but a lawless land. A judge I know made money by taking land In exchange of passing favourable judgements and they do it part by part to avoid suspicion they would start off by removing small details and adding other things. Judges, lawyers would not only mock and harass you in full court but also make jokes on you the whole court laughs at you despite the seriousness of the situation your in.

Whole system is corrupt starting from Police, Lawyers and Judges. If by bad luck if you ever get stuck, your life is done. This is a story of lakhs of Atul’s in India. It's beyond belief as to how corruption, lack of integrity and the "greasing" mindset has been normalised by the Indian society just to get things done

@@wingknight7132As a man I say that women being the (physically) weaker gender and India being a patriarchal country makes Indian women the biggest victim of domestic violence than men. This is why the laws were created to protect "such" women and it is the same even in Western nations. But that said there are rotten apples among women too and this incident is the extreme example of that. I am pretty sure that there are many unreported cases too where many innocent men are suffering under the absolute might of law meant to protect the "real" domestic violence victims. Humans are greedy for power and absolute power always corrupt.

Not a single politician or a political party cares about the 'common man'. None, all they care about is apni position ko haat se nahi jane dena hai. All they do is whataboutism and hold 0 responsibility and accountability. Sad truth of the country. There will be people online who defend some politicians/ political parties, but when something bad happens to them, do you think these politicians these guys defend will come for help? Will they make laws trying to protect common man? The answer is a simple and resounding 'NO'. People only care to chose on what they see based on what they want. Those guys want power and position, they fail to see our suffering and empathy is lost somewhere. However all we want is a good change in the country, all we will try to see is the hope that this person/ part will make a change. Till the time the laws are not ammended.
    Men should:
    1. Take an Affidavit from the Woman before marriage that No Dowry was demanded and taken, signed by the woman and witnessed by her mother and father.
This is the most important document, more important than matching kundlis ..

A 7 month old baby was raped and thrown in Bengal; a 3 year old child was raped & thrown in Rajasthan. A 12 year old girl child was raped by her adult attacker who was on bail. All these cases are true and you can Google them. The solution is not removing the law to protect children. The solution is to specifically find out which cases are false and true. Saying all cases are false is a huge issue. Only pedophiles will have a problem with POSCO meant to protect children.

I am one of the many victims of false allegations made by a spouse and their family members. My wife and her family have filed multiple baseless cases against me, and the matter has been ongoing in court for several months. Under the influence of her maternal uncle, who happens to be a high court lawyer in the same city, she has been openly misusing the law. Unfortunately, lower court judges appear biased in her favor, often denying me the opportunity to present my side of the story.
While the Nirbhaya case has rightfully empowered women and strengthened laws to protect them, it is concerning that some individuals exploit these laws for personal gain. In my situation, my wife, backed by her family-including her parents, brothers, maternal uncle, and other relatives-is using the legal system as a tool to harass and extract money from me. This misuse not only undermines the credibility of genuine cases but also tarnishes the spirit of justice.
The Supreme Court of India should intervene to review such cases and enforce checks on lower court decisions. This will ensure justice and prevent the misuse of laws meant to protect the vulnerable.
Allowing lie detector tests in such cases can help ensure fair judgment.

There should be no alimony or maintenance payments at all. If a woman was working , & she should be eligible for maintenance or alimony only if she has a written agreement with her husband that he didn't wanted her to work. If she was not working before marriage, she should not be eligible for alimony at all. Alimony payments should be capped at 10% of the husband's earnings, and custody of children should be shared equally by both parents, with each parent having custody for one week at a time. And both have to invest 5% of what both earn for child futures education no if and buts.

The air is polluted, the education is a joke, healthcare is a nightmare, and the water is poisoned. The law? It's a slap in the face to anyone who actually believes in justice.

When men are facing problems, harassment from wives, police are not filing cases. But there are special police stations for ladies or wives. The Supreme court told more than 70% cases filed by waives are fake, misusing the law. . When it proved that wives are misutilising the law, she should be punished in the judgement itself without filing another case by husbands.
In the case of 498A, Law should be changed by replacing words as Spouse. Then men can also file for harassment.
People are also advising husbands to settle the issue by paying money, though people know that he is facing false elevations.

As a woman I feel our laws are biased towards women. Men are harassed and insulted and are unable to voice or cry because of our society which looks down on men who show emotions. The society tends to believe anything a woman says and also the law upholders. This is unfair. The husbands and their families are insulted and tormented because of their financial status and their inability to pander to their wife's greediness. This seems to be the case in many so called educated middle class families. It is worrying where the society is heading as all the actions seem to be for their "status" in social media amongst their ilk. Many women lie easily and acccuse falsely to get what they want and reach their goals by hook or crook. These women take shelter of law under dowry harassment, domestic violence and rape. These women and their families have no self respect. They dont want the husband but they want his money!!!It is high time law makers and upholders looked at these accusations carefully.
