Try and use earth rod from ground and see if it will work, since you've gotten a phase from the starting coil.

I was fixing an I pass my neighbor generator recently. The generator was overheating and will always turn off with some minutes.
I cleaned the carburettor, and reduced the voltage from carburettor and governor chamber bolt, but it's still dsame.

And it will also stiff the flywheel whereby I just changed new block and piston.
The generator is really frustrating me.
I'm planning on changing the carburettor entirely
