    EYGM gang is back baby! This qtr Nelson was my jam back in the early 2000s. And when they hip down, that pancake is filthy. We thank for this breakdown and welcome back my friend 🙏🏼

    I learned all of the front 1/4 Nelson moves from Doug Blubaugh 1960 Olympic champion

    It'd've been nice to've had access to your channel when I was wrestling. I remember once flower-sacking a guy for a pin directly from this position, which I was able to do, I know now, because he hadn't used his leg to brace. Knowing this move would have helped me develop another series to work with.

    So much leverage with a quarter nelson.

    You can kinda do this from top aswell if they sit out and there legs go in front and there leaning back into you

    Huh... Thats a d'arce choke... Just didnt finish the choke.
    Cool seeing more jitsu work its way into wrestling lately.

      The quarter nelson is a super old school wrestling move.

      @NopeNotHere. Рік тому

      @@earnyourgold I couldn't tell from the angle which it was - looked like a d'arce, but yeah - same type of leverage to turn them as a quarter nelson - just a different grip to turn it into a choke.
      Wrestled as a little kid up through college D1, I'm with you on it being a staple.
