it's in the alps, so the water is very fresh...and clear!!!! 😊btw, now you know why so many tales ( brothers grimm and many more) come from our country: all the forest, mountains, rivers and lakes inspired over yearhundreds the people living here to tell / write such stories like snowwhite and more.
Sorry, but the brothers Grimm had no business in Bavaria. They were in Hessia and living / traveling from Hanau up to Lower Saxony near Bremen. Most of their time they spent in Kassel (around 30 years).
Girls you definitely have to visit Bavaria, I have been almost everywhere in the world but I am always happy when I am back in my Bavaria. We say here: Bayern do bin i dahom (Bavaria is where I am at home). I also like to visit my relatives in the USA especially in the countryside where some of my relatives breed buffalo and I my cuddly toy named Schorschi (Bavarian for George) a stately buffalo who followed me like a dog. I live and come from a small town that was first mentioned in documents in 741, the name back then was „fiscus dominicus Thetilabah“ and now Dettelbach is called.I hope you two come to Bavaria, there are many more beautiful places in Bavaria than you saw in the video. You will love Bavaria, we also have a saying here that says: Bavaria the better Germany but the other federal states don't like to hear that.Well, that's just how we Bavarians are. I live where you see the first sea (Eibsee), in the summer you just cant go there anymore, its just so full of people, normaly its a bit like a magic place. i really like to go there before and after holyday with than cold water and less tourists. Btw it has a spring, so its drinking quality. btw you cant live in this small houses as the farmers store there the grass, food for the animals. For Vampiers you need the go to romania, germans had a quite opssesive time in the middle age to kill every thing super natural like witches, think there are no vampies here
Your surprise about the affordability of things in Europe is going to be even bigger when I tell you all prices are with VAT already included. And in restaurants and bars, the service is also already included in the price. Tips are (usually) appreciated but definitely not mandatory.
You should only visit Germany in spring or summer because winter is terribly long and even for us locals it is almost exclusively gray and cloudy and many people, myself included, suffer greatly from that. But spring and especially summer with a few autumn days when all the leaves on the trees change color are really beautiful. By the way, look at the video, "this is Bavaria", although there are also very beautiful old cities outside of Bavaria, such as Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt or Heidelberg in Baden-Württemberg. Heidelberg is home to the oldest university in Germany
@@SushiElemental The cold is still okay, what's worse is that it stays gray on gray for sooooo long. It gets light later and dark earlier and I live not far from Denmark and we usually have gray days here, even in summer. Yes, it can be fun for tourists to visit the Christmas markets or go skiing. But that's only a few days. But if you have to live here in winter, that's something different.
