17:41 so out of curiousity I converted the first bit of binary to text (like a line and a half) and it came up "UE WQHUZ TMBBK?" and so I decided to try and caesar cipher it too and 12 letters over it says "IS KEVIN HAPPY?"
so if you were wondering what it says, there you go.
