Thank you for sharing. These exercises also help me be aware of the present moment when I am doing them. Please suggest the duration or repetitions if one wants to include them in one's daily routine.

Thank your for your comment. Yes I agree with you the exercises help to be aware of the present moment also. For a daily routine I would suggest trying to do each one at least 4 times a day until you master them. After that, it is time to mix it up and try some others each day (going back to them again once every few weeks to check you can still do them). Over time I will put up more as well. The more difficult exercises will definitely take time to get the hang of, they are supposed to be hard, so keep at it :)

Does this motion based brain exercise impact cognitive function- beyond balance and movement? I suspect that it does, but I don’t know.

Well I thought patting my head and rubbing my stomach was difficult the finger exercise is a major work in progress so the feet and fingers working together well lets say it will be a big work in progress. Will send this video to my friends to see how they do and may loose a few friends out of frustration. Now back to practicing 🤪

Do them at least until you have accomplished them once. The next time you try it will be easier but likely still hard, do it until you have accomplished them a few times. Repeat this daily until they are easy. Then...time to find some new ones that challenge you anew. I will put some more up, I have many that I do and create new ones all the time for myself :)

These are fun. But your ring finger's ability to move separately from the others is freaky. 😂
