A great video Bart, yes maybe Mama Nature forced you to retreat a little, take a breather, have a coffee and off you go again at full gallop! I always love seeing the garden areas in your videos, they make me happy. The older I get, the more I prefer the in-your-own-sweet-time philosophy to life. I am sure your knees must be wrecked from all that work. Alcohol of Rosemary rubbed on the kneecaps it may help to reduce suffering in these areas. Left some space there for that romantic idea I have in my mind. Hope it works out well. Just that the weather is a bity in the way right now. Need to do some welding. Not with rain.

Ce sera quelque chose de nouveau pour moi, mais j’attends cela avec impatience. J'espère que nous nous rencontrerons ici. Bien entendu, le Piémont a longtemps fait partie de la Savoie. J'habite donc plutôt dans le Sud. Sous Cortemilia. Presque à la frontière avec la Ligurie. La Ligurie est également très belle, mais en réalité uniquement sur la côte. Il existe également quelques villes et villages à l'intérieur des terres. Cette section est l'Alta Langha. Moins de raisins, plus de forêts et plus de production de noisettes. Plus silencieux aussi. De nombreuses personnes regardent autour de Nizza Monferato. Au large des côtes, cela dépend de l'endroit où l'on habite. Il y a quelques routes provinciales vers la côte, mais si vous êtes à deux vallées, cela peut facilement prendre 2 heures ou plus de route jusqu'à la côte. De toute façon. Peut-être que nous pourrons faire connaissance cette année. J'annoncerai certainement si et quand j'ouvrirai ! Salutation.

Hi Ann. In ourt valley the lost lots of potential fruit blossom because the temperatures dropped to much. Lucky for me I am on the hill. During these periods there can easily be a 5 degree difference. I think that bark looks nice too but I still have lots of meters to clear, clean and cover. W'll get there. Greetings!

Dat is natuurlijk ook wel leuk. Er is nog zoveel te doen. Keuze genoeg en gewoon met het weer meebewegen! Keukens eind mei. Dus vloeren moeten er dan in zitten.

I couldn't have asked for anything better. Plants and trees seem very happy. A bit of sun now and they will grow really fast!

Hi Burrough. Yeah it's quit cool that electrical cabinet. Lots of space left for the future. In tke end lots of conduit went into the place but having everything seperated the way it is, is really nice. Tiling now. And looking forward to some sun. It's been really cold. Using my last bag of pellets for the stove so that weather better turn around soon :))

So probably more towards the middle of May. Glad I did the rest of the work around the pool. Next the railings. Got some friends coming over. Thought it to be a nice job for them ...painting the railings :)

The pathways with the woodchips look nice and neat! Good to see the pavement around the pool more or less done, work on the railings in progress. What thickness, are the steelwork pergolas at the poolside made of? I might try to replicate this at my home on a smaller scale. Love the garden shots, thank for that. Also really impressed with the electric panel (both the central and appartment ones), labelled and everything, another thing I urgently need to replicate at home😉! No beach day unfortunately this week, who knows maybe next. Looking forward to your (for now) secret project. I hope you will install and connect the washing machine soon save you some work. Oh the washing machine. How I need that one. Postponing washing of work trousers. For the iron work, much depends on the area you need to cover. Up to 3 meters you can do with 3x2. The ones at the poolside are H-beams. 8x5 if I remember right. Much stronger and suitable to cover larger spans. And I missed that beach opportunity two weeks ago. Now it looks like I need to wait at least another 10 days or so. The weather forecast isn't looking rosy to me ;-(
No not really William. I might just leave some gravel there for now. A future project. Some plants and pots. Seating areas and it will be alright for now. The trees are all doing really well.

I think I heard you say you are going to put grass next to one side of pool. No matter how you cut it, you will get debris in the pool. Have you considered using artificial turf. The quality of it now looks really awesome. Since the area is small I don't think anyone would condemn you for going non-organic. The time saved cleaning the pool would justify the use. Cost should be acceptable! Fantastic progress!!

Plant something pretty like Erigeron (lovey little flowers) where the pool stone paving ends and meets the wood poles beneath to soften it up.

Bart have you made a final decision for the surface of the courtyard? The trees you recently planted along the roadway seem to be growing well.
