Kayo KT250 Clutch Upgrade

With more power comes a slipping clutch! Had to upgrade the clutch in the Kayo KT250 after all of the other upgrades. We installed clutch fibers and plates for a 1992 Yamaha WR200 and they we're a perfect fit! as well as some WR200 Brake Pads and 2008 CRF250R Fork Seals.

its a Yamaha Lanza 230 engine copy. The clutch was never meant to go hardcore offroading. As far as I remember the clutch is the same as a yz85

What did you do for a new clutch cover gasket?

Ordered a replacement from Kayo. Should be able to do the same at your local Kayo Dealer

Is that a copy of the wr 200 motor in that kayo?

A derivative, it's actually a copy of a Yamaha DT230 Lanza which was a street legal two stroke from the Asian market. Never made it to the states

How can I find a clutch for the 22 kayo tt140? Or what cane be used

I would think any clutch for a lifan horizontal engine would work.
