It’s been refreshing not complaining for 30 days! We don’t realize how much our souls are addicted to complaining and expelling negative energy. So glad we are learning to swap it for positive thoughts and squash the negativity all together 🙏🏽
I try to stop complaining as well. It's really not good and doesn't make anything better. When I find myself starting to, I try to shut it down real quick. I talk to God about whatever is bothering me, distract myself by doing other stuff, and like you said find things to be thankful for. I feel like I have so much more genuine joy and peace since doing these things. 😊 And man, I related so much to when you were talking about awareness and not being consumed by negative thoughts. Definitely have some growth in that area now, but when I was younger, whew... I would talk about that but this comment is long enough! Lol. Enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing this. ❤
