Asics NOVABLAST 3 Men's Running Shoes $140.00
The NOVABLAST™ 3 running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle. Meanwhile, the midsole’s FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning helps create a lighter and more responsive feel underfoot.

Finally u r back on track with great shoes reviews
I hope they send you the Asics SuperBlast. Such a great running shoes!! Expensive, yes. Totally worth it....HELL YES!!!
Been watching your channel since I was in college, and a sneaker head. Surprise to see you review running shoes. Keep it up hes
would be nice to see comparison videos, like hoakas Clifton 8, new balance 1080v12 and ASICS FF+ !
Hes- appreciate the review. Been waiting a while for your review on these before deciding to pick them up. Glad u always give ur "slip on" opinion. I was worried the tongue would be a problem for me. I wish they had the same tongue as novablast 2 - Would have bought asap. Thanks again!
Great review, touching all the points.
I have 2 pairs of these already. So nice, so light and comfy.
Yessss!!! I have a pair and absolutely love them. Loved the soles on the Invincibles, but hated the uppers.
Appreciate the review, a lot of runners are saying its the shoe of the year for them.
I've tried on a lot of the shoes that Hes has had on his channel. I ended up with the New Balance SuperComp Trainer for long distance training where I need the extra cushion and the Novablast 3 as my everyday shoe.
The Novablast really is more comfortable than I thought it would be. The foam is so very soft and overall it just feels great for walking around as well as running. It's pretty similar to the More v4 in cushion but more nimble, light, and far more breathable and meaning it's not as hot for me, that's what ended up making me decide to go with the Novablast 3 over the More v4.
Thanks for the vids!
I’m probably going to buy a pair in the future because of your comment so thank you
@@hc_gabe4078 haha, well, just so you know, I haven't been running in years, so keep that in mind. I did order a LOT of different shoes and try them out though, so the return policies of Running Warehouse, Zappos, all the Brands once you've signed up for their "club" or whatever they call it etc. Allowed me to really see what worked the best for me. Some of them will even take worn shoes. I only do a few miles in each shoe on a treadmill to be sure I like them. And I wish I could have liked the Saucony Speed 3 but I appear to be one of the few people that have sensitive enough feet that the speedroll technology makes a pronounced feeling in the heel and ball of my feet and make it feel off. I hope you enjoy trying the shoe!
thank you for this! i just bought the more v4 and i love them, but mostly cuz i didnt try much else. will have to give these a try!
I just got the more v4. Do you have the rebel? I’m trying to pick between these 3 for walking mainly.
@@JAnth93 I've had the rebel v2 but got rid of it due to people telling me that they came apart too easily. I stuck with the SC Trainer for walking and running. It just feels like a smooth glide compared to the Morev4 or Novablast 3(feel clunky when your foot hits and rolls forwards and kinda slaps the ground while walking) since it has a rocker shape sole. The rebel v3 is supposed to last a bit longer. It has such a nice cushion feel that I think it would be good for walking as long as you're light. Since I'm a large person 6'4" 200lb , I've heard the cushioning isn't quite enough for anything more than walking. But the More v4 feel like the softest version with the most cusion since it doesn't have the carbon plate like the SC Trainer. If you like how the More v4 feels, I would stick with them. The primary reason I didn't go with the morev4 was I live in a hot climate. Otherwise it would have been a tossup between the SC and more v4. hope that helps!
I love the novablast one and 2 I can't wait to c other colorways definitely will b picking up a pair
Haha Hes! Fresh foam blast+ 😂. Love your channel since the ultraboost days man, now I’m back watching running shoe reviews. 👍🏼
Max cushion has evolved into different categories now. There’s the Daily Max - regular max cushion. Super Max - thicker than regular max. Performance Max - max with a CF plate/rod. Lifestyle Max - max but not for running. What are they going to think of next? 🤦🏻♂️🤔
The Asics Gel-Nimbus 24 is indeed awesome ! Great running shoe that is very good for casual use as well. If the Nova Blast 3 has that super soft Blast plus foam from the Nimbus ...woah !
24? 25
@Jan Pierzchala I had the Gel-Nimbus 24, and now I got the 25th version. The newer model has more cushioning, and it is a very good shoe since I started to use it on day #1. But it is a lot less versatile and speedy ... In the end I liked it ,but I don't need all thar cushioning. The 24th was way better for me ,from running slow up to matching my Adios 6 in running as fast I could.
Not too familiar with the new generation cushioning outside Adidas Boosts, Nike React, and New Balance Fresh Foam. Where does this fit?
React responsive, Fresh Foam neutral-ish, or Boost squishy?
Compare it with 1080v12 hes.. which one more comfy for daily usage?
No wide foot but given how narrow these run I found I’m 13 2e but with these 14 fit me snuggly with some thicker running socks.
What is the best cushion out rn in your opinion I've been a fan of boost for years now the comfiest shoes I've worn are the 380 Yeezys what more comfortable than that right now??
I want these love the designe and they are so comfortable on foot but i refuse to wear anything but triple black! And they haven't released an all black version... yet 🤞
Greatest review. It make me want to buy Novablast 3.
If my feet are 26cm, do in need to buy 26cm or 26.5cm Novablast 3?
I wear 26.5cm Rebel V3.
How does this compare to Nike invincible run 2 in terms of walking and the occasional higher pace running?
A comparison I'd like to see, would be the novablast 3 vs the zoomx invincible 2
These are more neutral than invincible 2, I personally prefer the Novablast over them due to Nike’s narrow foot design and narrower base, but I’m size 13 2e.
Hello, is it good for wide feet?
Thanks
Can you make a comparison between these with the Invincible run 2?
Hope you can give us the review of the update model the Novablast 4😊
I begged you for 6 months to review the Novablast 2's and after you did I bought 2 pairs lol I bought the white pair of the 3's the day they released.
This or the Fuelcell Rebel for daily wear?
Compare it to new balance 1080v12
Would you say these are better than the nimbus 24?
Ese color esta bien y se ven super cómodos y suaves
On sale now!
Does ultraboost stand a chance against the Novablast series?
Did they get rid of the BLACK/GREEN? Not the BLACK/GREEN you see now for $150
Review new balance permafrost!
Comparison between these with the Invincible run and supercomp trainer would be great
Foam very different. Upper would be most comfy on the novablast3 tho .. this foam is very soft and chewy bouncy
Invincible run is springy bouncy
Sc trainer is mushy sinky soft
@@fabsterunI already have the Invincible V1&2, novablast 1 and the SC trainer, the fuelcell foam is ultra soft but combined with the energy arc plate gives it responsiveness that's missing in the foam.
The Zoomx is a unique foam that's really soft but unmatched in its responsiveness and bounciness without any additional carbon plate.
I only have the Novablast 1 with ffblast so I can't compare the ffblast+ to the others
The new Superblast is the max cushion with a max price to match
They have wide options now
I love these. I agree that a wide version would be great, if only because I've gotten used to New Balance's and Hoka's wide sizes.
They have wides now
For some reason that blue colour way is not available in the uk 😬
which one is more comfortable, the NovaBlast 3 or the Nimbus 24?
Novablast 3
The upper isn’t as flexible as the NB1 and 2. I had use a shoe widener to stretch it to fit my wife feet. Otherwise the FF blast + makes it very bouncy and comfortable. Very smooth ride, the heel drop feels higher than the NB2 even though it’s listed as the same at 8 mm.
I had a pair. They felt very smushy toward the last few miles of the half marathon. I felt like I was losing control of my feet.
Would you say they are true to size ? I take a 9uk , thank you
Hi Hes. Recently I bought a pair of Nike Air Winflo 9 on sale for $85AU, which is like $55US. They have a full length air unit in the sole and cushlon+ and are incredibly cushioned. I was blown away by how soft they felt on feet, much softer than the vomero 16. Even at retail you would struggle to find something as cushioned in the price range, on sale they are an absolute bargain for cushioned shoe lovers. I'd say they are as soft as Nimbus 24 in the hill, the forefoot doesn't feel as soft though. Could be worth trying them out?
The only problem with Cushlon is the lack of durability and below-average impact protection. For the price, though, it's probably a decent option.
@@darrell9616 what's wrong with cushlon in terms of durability and what impact protection do you mean?
@@abaev , The problem with all EVA (Cushlon) foams has been long-term effectiveness. The foam also doesn't have strong impact protection (striking the ground) versus more modern foams such as Nike's own React.
EVA tends to begin to lose effectiveness within the first 50-75 miles, depending on a person's weight and gait. There is a significant loss in performance by 200 miles. This loss of performance seems to bother some more than others, but it's there.
For me, Cushlon lasts no longer than ZoomX: Goof for about 100 miles. Then it's time to begin looking for something else because the loss of performance is noticeable and distracting.
@@darrell9616 Yeah, I thought you were talking about running. Why did you assume I run in Winflo 9? This channel is not about running, Hes stresses it all the time that he reviews shoes from the point of casual ware. And this is exactly why I posted about Winflo 9 shoes - they are incredible for walking in! Much softer than Infinity React and similar to ZoomX Invincible in terms of step in cushion and more stable than them.
BTW, I personally found them uncomfortable for running. For that I have other shoes, like Novablast and Saucony Endorphin Pro 3.
@@abaev Same situation applies even for casual use. Some people walk more than others or are heavier. Whether someone runs in the shoe or not, my comments are still true. My 'casual' experience comes from the Pegasus 35, which the Winflo 9 is essentially (uses the same tech).
Novablast 3 vs. Triumph 20.
Both daily runners, I think they're direct competitors.
I have both. Love both of them but the Triumphs are a dream to run, walk or daily use.
Ever review Diadora ? Vigore
Alote of reviews say it runs long. Does it fit the same as the 2 ? Could you half size down or stick with true to size?
true to size
New video cam i guess
In my view the 2's look 100 times better
Do these come in wide?
Nope, I’m 13 2e but fit into size 14 comfortably with a thicker sock. Great for big runners I’m 100kgs 6’2 and they absorb all impact - he’s right not as bouncy but they’re perfect for big boys.
I didn’t like the novablast 2 hopefully these r better
Asics is the only brand that can beat nike in every segment 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ok envoyé moi une grosse quantité en Algérie
First!
Buys $140 pair of shoes that is meant to a softer yet responsive daily and calls it soft for that's what it's meant to do
I mean it would be a problem if it didn't perform as marketed
@@blitzed5210 for performance. Ofc every running shoe nowadays would be comfortable for walking since the technologies are advancing
Your reviews are fantastic but please stop the corny sound effects you don't need them.
