costing and budgeting is so wrong... even cheap plastic chairs would cost about 50k for 30 persons capacity. furniture and interior is atleast 4-6L... Kitchen and fixtures would be 3-4 L... licenses perhaps 15K, and rest would be 2-3L.... making it about 12-15L for a moderate and a full functioning cafe

All you can open in 5 lacs budget is a food van, if you want your cafe to run ahead or smoothly you need at least 40 lacs. The equipment used in a cafe are expensive just a coffee machine costs around 2.5 lacs others you can imagine. You can’t compete with market leaders like Ccd in a nestle coffee machine..I have the leading cafe in Jharkhand I’ve invested 73 lacs still some things are missing.
