what I'm curious about is how 'strong' is the soft pity. like in Hoyo games the soft pity starts at 75, and technically the guarantee is at 90, but if you're super unlucky you'll get it at like 82 at most. As opposed to like Reverse 1999 where it starts at 60 and the guarantee is 70, but you're still relatively likely to go all the way to 70 (and they specify that its 1.5% base + 2.5% increase per pull up to 70)
Im trying to remember because when I got to 58 after singles. I kept doing singles... I want to say I hit maybe 68-73? That's where I was? Honestly I should have paid closer attention in hind sight!
Was pretty unlucky with the rerolling, want to say that I did around 200 rerolls before I even saw a single SSR in Suomi's banner. That one lost the 50/50 - not much longer after that I got her and stopped. Played it in the past few days quite a lot, through most content - got stuck in some few places. Battle pass and the orange weapon coffer is what I got to help myself out - Heart Seeker and try for Sumoi's dupe. Worked out even though I had to push until pity. However I didn't get much else otherwise when it comes to DPS/ meta units - twice the SSR shotgun essentially and Sabrina and Peri, which are good but seemingly have high dupe requirements. Chose the AR from the BP, since Suomi got the purple version during the dupe attempt. Maybe I should have done it like you did, the idea was that Sharky has a weapon after Qiongiju arrives. I see a lot of people saying how they started out with Suomi, Qiongiju and Tololo out the gate while rerolling - feels like I screwed myself in a way when reading that - since I'm stuck waiting now for the 260 pity to get Qiongiju in order to try and make something solid from there, essentially being worse of by a mile despite spending - which is kind of funny when you think about it. At the same time the burnout was getting real with the rerolling, trying to hoard tickets now for the hard pity just in case I get shafted to hell and back for those two or three units I am interested in the future. In particular Macchiato and Vector, Klukay appears to be the queen - but her high dupe requirement (4?) puts me off for now, doubt I will ever have enough to make that happen with this sort of luck.

Yes as far as I'm aware it should because back during Suomi and Ullrid. Ullrid would go down simultaneously. So pity would Carry over as far as I am aware!

Instructions unclear. Pulled a Suomi dupe, after pulling Ullrid, after pulling original Suomi... All back to back 10 pulls (Technically Suomi was after I pulled her weapon at like 60 pulls). Seems like GFL2 wants to compensate for my Nikke shafting and it's almost tempting me to pull for Ullrid's weapon, almost. If I'm spending any more money (I've spent around 60 including the Voyage pass) it's to get that Suomi skin, its too good and she's too cute.

@ItsBoo. Rerolled for idk how many times now and I always get her so basically fake rates and troll RNG I guess otherwise you can't explain to get the same unit over and over again....Wasted the whole night for nothing I just start again and save the tickets for the normal banner.

Got Suomi dupe and now she's complete in my eye. I'd say the game is pretty generous and easy to progress. This is nothing like GFL1 back in the initial days!

thats very low %s lol, i mean im so used to the generous 4% but in GFL2 a 0.3-0.6% change is low AF, in Nikke u can get all the units, no problemO, but here, u have to choose a different mindset, so my options i have right now are... 1.- if spend a few bucks to ensure all the Units in my account and enjoy their feet in the Dorm system... or 2.- focus on META and push content as far as i can.... OR... 3.- focus on the ledwest, nastiest, kinkiest Dolls with the most digusting +18 Skin ever to exist and focus on those units and make teams around them even if they are low Tier units as long as i can enjoy their "assets" have enormous booba and booty and they Mommy units i think that would also make me happy. And im leaning more for options 3, but i need to see the future characters from CN and their Skins in order to make a good decision and stick to the plan for a year or 2 lol (since i know i will be playing this game until EoS)

@ Like Klukai, she is Tier 0 on the level of Redhood, Klu is Top DPS #1 AOE and also single target and a MustPull and Best Partner is battle is CatGirl (don’t remember her name lol) for Guild-Raids they are the monster DUO better than Hansel and Gretel.

Understandable to be honest. At least you can get a lot of pulls and gems since based on all the free gems I got. I think I have 80 something pulls? So it's not bad. Rates are bad but at least you can grab a bunch of stuff to try to make up for it? Not trying to excuse it just thinking out loud now haha

Kuklai will carry you for the rest of the game so yes its worthy to get her weapon also. the rest bye bye. for example i have QJ and her SSR weapon, Mosin nagant and SSR weapon and suomi i pull for her weapon.

i'm guessing you've spent A LOT of money on this game to get to where you're at already. i've been playing casually since release and only pulled for the guarantee after 50. But I'm not anywhere close to where you're at in resources. And you've already pulled two copies of Suomi
I wouldn't say a lot. I spent a 50 pack and got lucky with my 2 Suomi's there. All the gems I have I've gotten for free. The Pulls is another story though.

GFL2 is a good side game for now, fills the Nikke dead gaps pretty well. Maybe until Dolla and Klukay come out, then we will see.

No. It does not! The pity only works for that specific banner you're on

@Jikuri if I remember correctly it does because during Suomi and Ullrid both counters were going to pity even though I never touched Ullrids.
