XCOM gameplay would probably be fine if you only had to do it once per stage and then you could sweep it. The enjoyment in these kind of games comes from experiencing new encounters and unexpected situations which are eliminated when you need to farm a stage million times.
Played Neuro Cloud for about a month and it really burned me out. It seems like if Mica made single player games rather than gacha games, they'd be much more successful.
@@jgundamj they are making TONS of money. You'd never ever be able to make that much releasing normal titles. Amount of work and investment you need to put into making gatcha compared to profit is very low. Gambling and coomerism sell extremely well. Gfl1 was known for being fun extremely f2p friendly with dedicated playerbase. Gfl2 is genshin close with whale pvp. Upsetting
Another thing to add just to make it worse but Snowbreak kind of become what the GFL2 crowd wanted at the time, a couple of forums I've read have all said similar things how Snowbreak basically took the "refugees". All of this just shows that what snowbreak did to save its game isn't just as simple as adding fanservice, they literally changed their entire business model, default character designs, story, target audience and the original goal of the game to prevent EOS. That is something that very few gacha games are willing to do. GFL2 could of been way bigger if the controversy didn't happen at launch and if the gameplay was maybe more auto friendly, cause in terms of "quality" GFL2 is still better than Snowbreak (Specifically in terms of character models and cinematics) from what I've seen but beyond that all I've heard is how the game itself is just either too niche or just boring.
Yeah that seems accurate from what I've heard And it's a shame. Id love a tactical fanservice xcom like game to relax and play but this game just isn't it especially with how bad the gacha rates are. What were they thinking with this game? Seems they are planning on adding oaths back to the game but now it's not even rings and called a covenant where you reprogram the girls I guess lol 🤣 I'm not sure what this game dev is trying to do except drive more people to snowbreak. Hopefully they make some better changes I kinda want to play the game but I really hate genshin gachas and games with no fanservice or romance. I mean why else am I playing a freaking waifu gacha if not for the fanservice 🤣
The executives at Snowbreak definitely gave a fat raise to whoever came up with the idea to capitalize on GFL2's controversy. That's textbook competitive marketing, and it worked *tremendously*. They even fired shots at MICA for the NTR thing. They're making millions now, and their earnings call after the whole thing probably looked like this: 📈📈📈
@@orchaloneldritch yeah 🤣 Season absolutely took advantage of the whole situation. I mean Mica literally gave them an easy hole in one and all they had to do was capitalize on it. Snowbreak was already going fanservice route but they just threw in that the girls will never leave you and boom 🤣 instant profit. Now we have canon weddings and interactive scenes in snowbreak while apparently GFL2 is adding the oath system back but it's now the "covenant" system and you basically reprogram the dolls now not even romantic at all 🤣🤣 you can't make this shit up MICA literally can't stop stepping on their own feet
@@brendonbewersdorf986 The GFL2 "covenant" thing is WILD. Some people think they did it that way to piss off the waifu enjoyers, while others theorize that it's because you can play as a female commander and lesbian marriage is a no-no in China. Either way, this is insane. I guess MICA just hates money.
@@brendonbewersdorf986 "Reprogram" , man , that sounds so bad. Snowbreak's actual marriage system is unique because it's tied to the story. And reading all of Lyfe and Fenny's personal epsiodes, and comparing with the story, it makes perfect sense to marry either (or both). Snowbreak did what no other gacha: Make those oath/covenant/marriage canon and part of the story.
Gonna say for sure, if they want this to succeed, this will be a hit in the West. Especially on PC and Consoles. The gameplay may seem niche but the genre has a homebase rooted in games like Fire Emblem and more specifically: XCOM. GFL2 looks a lot like XCOM and that in of itself is a very interesting idea, especially if they can market it correctly. CN may not like it but if they can adjust encounters to be engaging and tweak A.I performance in Auto-Battle, it'll be a hit here
USA, i love tbs games so im trying it out and as far as I can tell its only been out for a week here. I think its important to remember that games dont need to be #1 they just need to be profitable.
XCOM is great because it's challenging and you see new things every now and then. GFL2 spam the stages, lack the challenges, trivialize the stage with gacha dupes, and finally, contradictory to the nature of gacha itself (collecting units, but in this game you benched them)
I love SRPGs but their gameplay is best when it requires planning and thinking to beat a stage, and most Gacha players just auto to max level to beat everything
I don't think OG GFL did that good in China either but I have hope GFL2 Global release will make up for it even though the gacha market is very inflated now. On a side note with their new 3D models I hope there will be a GFL3 someday that is like Snowbreak but better and has a tactical aspect.
Everyone is making fun of the game in China and even now if you look at the reviews and there is a positive one people dislike that review, they should have fired the person responsible for the story and followed the same approach that Snowbreak followed, but the id**ts decided to ignore the complaints and only came to release the skin with fan service now after a 54% drop in profit. anyway the game is fun, but only after half of the first chapter where the game becomes more strategic.
Tbh... Given how SB devs managed to SALVAGE their situation with their streak of Ws since shifting game development to better cater to their paying Audience. My guess is how they have been lackluster in several areas and haven't fixed their shit even now with them releasing more fanservicey skins. SB when amping fanservice also began to spread it to baseline/default costumes (give some boob and ass, jiggle physics, etc) so not only the premium paid skins had it, their recent anniversary, they not only gave a free Skin with fanservice, but also one free unit with a very revealing default outfit. So since the starting designs in GFL2 are like SB was before shifting their design focus and doing what they could to regain player goodwill, just one step more and they will be in Burkas. Fanservice was also minimal and only ONE Tag was catered to (Feet enjoyers be like DRG Dwarves around compressed Gold) to a degree. The NTR "Drama" as meme'd it is, still displayed a bad move by MICA Team, their response was a rather passive aggressive comment to the angered players, compare to SB devs answer when the question came about "Players" whose complaint was them amping fanservice, it was neutral but still did the job (Outright calling those "players" nothing but noise they will ignore). Not helped that the Valentines thing made the whole thing look like dev approved, if GFL2 was like their PNC and had SOME (Even PNC has AN ABYSMALLY SMALL number of Male units, odds are high those don't score high in how many roll for them) male operatives, they could excuse some Female waifus not displaying as keen of an interest for Commander (player), but alas they made GFL2 like their first one, a WAIFU centric Gacha collection, a Toothbrush for Valentines gift isn't going to fly well AT ALL. Being Frank, SB devs set the standard for salvaging these situations quite high, and MICA Team can only blame themselves for now being forced to play catchup to that standard. I can praise them showing SOME shifting in design commitment with Sabrina's summer skin (Based off her GFL1 Summer skin no less) and the overall Dushvenaya's introductory event and banner PV (Add sillyness back, make things a bit lighthearted every now and then), but they still haven't at least given one costume that displays a commitment to amp fanservice so even the F2Ps can be sure it might be worth putting a few nickels in it when they feel a Paid skin is worth that, and it may only be something like SB's free skin, just a fucking basic revealing outfit with boob cleavage or an unobstructed panty display. They will have to either ADD something fanservicey to the dorm system, or rework it entirely so all units have something more than one feet moment.
To add further. They will have to also fix their shit, if the story is terrible until late mid-game, they will have to fire off the writter or demote the ass to second fiddle towards a new writter tasked with fixing the story overall. The fact that of all Gachas, ONLY THEM seem to LACK any JP VAs (FFS amy of Ceia's posted PVs of what's been going in GFL2 show only CN VA) is telling they are NOT in a good position at all. The romancing and Oath system, if they are truly as lackluster as people say, better get a full fix ASAP.
@@andrehashimoto8056 I'm shocked GFL2 even retains the oath system at all. I figured with their bold new NTR direction they would have cut the oaths out 🤣🤣
HSR is turn based and I don't really "vibe" with it. GF2 is just like Valkyrie Chronicles and XCOM, or just FF Tactics and it has it's merit. But Frontline is an old franchise, it's hard to do things in todays world of GENNNNNN.....
😂Hello again, see i knew i wasn't wrong, when i said previously in another video, you always comment on every gfl video, this clown is everywhere can't wait to see you in another video, just to comment hate again
How is pain doing NC daily?, its pretty easy and fast 1. Claim oasis resource 2. Complete 1 factory production 3. Complete vulnerability check (you can auto skip this if you already cleared it before) 4. Complete neural fragment farm 10x 5. Complete algorithm farm x4 (you can also auto skip this if you're already done its challenge) 6. Complete resource collection 2x 7. Complete breakthrough 2x (not necessarily if you're don't really need breakthrough materials) I can finish it about 1 minutes
indeed, the game is not compatible for a gatcha loops and farming. Tactical games require time and thinking, the satisfaction comes with outmanouver the hard challenges and no in steamrolling opponets with excesive character progresion. There no fun in taking time to make decisions in combat if the outcome will be the same. Other way that could help is to just complete missions once and depending the level or we can skip the farming kind of like blue archive.

I've played the cn version the game runs amazing, the dailies can be done in like a single minute, and the game rewards a lot of currency, I was able to pull on three banners and even a weapon banner and still have some currency since they have been giving a lot of free currency. The gameplay is actually fun if you like tactics/xcom games, maybe the game style isnt in your taste but it is no way bad, also they give a away a free 5 star character and and 5 star weapon after completing the beginner challenges it gives a lot freebies despite what people say, just now in the newest patch they're also going give out another 5 star, give the game a chance
@@Jeanology14 God for you that you have fun and i look only to 2 first events and some later PR disasters. -But from what I seen rewards are below average ( your example is standard in gacha). -Writhing was objectively bad at start, especially first events were garbage. -Progression was tragic at launch and they didn't do anything for 3 months (or more i stopped looking afterwards). -Gameplay was very basic and enemies were hp sponges for whales. -CN community even with reaction that is stupid by our standard was right when you look on whole situation. Having dev that can't manage situation don't build confidence. -Game look great esthetically that for sure, but i don't know if this enough. At launch it wasnt very generous, but it wasnt below average neither. Gameplay is fun, enemies requiere you to think in order to find the best position for your units and chose wisely who do you want to beat first. In fact, for me, it is more fun than 90% of the gacha games of the market, that usually are action rpg where you just smash bottons until you win xd.
For the better or worst, any gacha game will become repetitive. It’s not necessary depends on the gameplay itself, sometimes it’s on whether the players will feel about it in the long run; based on this video, GF2 seems to be played with the same or similar mechanics like Advance Wars, and that might turn off to some who have been playing GL1 or NC due to how different it’s. Aside from that, like you said, those types of games are kinda niche and not everyone will enjoy that as it was seen with their monthly revenue, rounding around 500k to 1 million.
People complain about the gameplay, where Brown Dust 2 has similar tactical gameplay, but is doing well because it’s super lewd. Brown Dust 2 gameplay is not to my liking (neither was FF tactics) it feels more Niche than GFL2, but I like GFL2 gameplay more.
My cousin enjoys this game because he can sweep his dailies, respecting his time, but he just recently discover the weeklies in the game. he complains how he must auto battle for them, taking up his time. He's a whale who spent money just starting out the game too. I'm only playing this game to play with my cousin. I much prefer playing HSR and WuWa instead. Not because they are better games since they are, but because they respect the pace I can play the game and complete events in time. Events are not time limited, and the time limited rewards gives you 2 to 6 weeks to complete it, so you're not force to do it asap or every single day. I am so frustrated with gacha games where there is no energy reserve system because you're too busy to log in, which can ruin sleep patterns. I hate how you are punish from getting the event rewards for not playing long hour(s) on the first day of launch so you can sweep afterwards, or play the event that takes a significant amount of time daily. Then there is the reset schedule being all over the place. I quit FFBE, WotV, KonoSuba, Girls Bang Dream, Blue Archive, etc. because of the problem listed. If I ever play gacha with these problems, it is only because my friends and relatives bug me to play the game with them.
Not even Nikke is in top 50 in china. I'm sure there are other games that are high on the charts that are not popular in china some countries literally keep games up it's not always china. China usually is the majority though.
GFL2 fatal mistake are attacking your consumer, plus their Xcom type of gameplay should make their game by default another ofline full price game rather than being a free live service. The chinese folk litteraly tired with influx of live service and goes back to og titles, I even hear player there touch Ys (especialy 8 and 9) game over wuwa and genshin because they are better game that you could spent 30-50+ hour to finish with feels of statisfaction after beat it or even 100% which ngl I feel alot statisfied with 100% ys8 for that. Many chinese bros wait for wukong game rather than blind hype on GAAS come out unless it's come from studio that have good reputation.

They updated the whole game! hahahah, a lot of bugs/glitches were fixed... and others came out hahahah xD GFL1 players don't mind so much, for the simple fact that we are aware that the game has passed its useful life (8 years on the market, not even the PS5 had been released at that time). The main reason why we play GFL1 is because of the story, more than once I was about to leave GFL1, but the story of the game, with each new chapter, has given me more reasons to stay.
Was thinking about trying it but the security makes me choose no. "We share this data with 3rd parties" then it contradicts with "Does not share any data with 3rd party". This has we gonna profit off your info scam wriyten all over it.
Why are they surprised - if Snowbreak followed the same writing, and had Fenny with Ling Yi, while Chengxing being obsessed (possibly romantically too) with Siris i would've probably stopped playing last year. I mean why would i play a waifu game, where prettiest waifus aren't available for romance? It's basic common sense - who would buy all the skins for Katya, if in the story (she being 25 years old) they revealed she's already married? lol
I'm gonna be honest i never knew about this NTR drama and searched about it, it was hilarious BUT i totally understand players mad about this, i wouldn't want to play a game like this, having this fear who of my waifu gonna cheat on me next. It has nothing to do with intelligence. We just want to invest our time wisely, especially if you are already managing 3-4 games. Games that don't respect people's time are honestly unworthy of being all excited about. I have no idea why you are acting so condescending, considering the current state of the game.
@@abhishekchristian677 I understand your problem but that's not a valid excuse to bash on a game just because it takes a bit more extra time to complete missions or dailies compare to other gacha game, it's not fair to compare a game pacing when what matters is the quality of the gameplay, also the fact that people are boycotting this game because of supposably "NTR" narrative that is being push and not because of the current state of the game really prove my point on the hive mind of gacha players it's a shame i finally get a game that suits my taste just to have babies whining about some made up "NTR" stories and the pacing of the game 😂😂
@@abhishekchristian677 Doesn't make sense. Dailies only take a few minutes, weeklies are a one time thing, and the game's story, including events are super easy. Btw, regarding the "weeklies are a one time thing", you only need to finish those stages ONCE and you'll just get weekly rewards based on the stages you've completed. I think the people who are saying that this game takes too much time are the ones who force to complete a stage with a 10+ level gap between their units and the stage enemies. When you consider that level gap, playing this game doesn't really take a lot of time. All of this invalidate your comment saying that this game does not respect people's time. The game is not the problem but the person who is playing it. Lastly, if people want to invest their time wisely, I'd suggest playing less gacha games.

Aside from the NTR controversy. Gameplay seems to be repetitive and boring like some later stages taking hours to do. No fanservice apart from some paid skins and "feet" So if you are Quentin Tarrantino than that is okay but if you are also boob and *ss lover (like me) then fml.. the girls are almost covered up like nuns most of the time. @@FatalSama7 im guessing all the hate are from zoomers and never really witnessed how popular this "niche" type of genre back in the days, i played all kinds of xcom, tactic style back in my handheld console and i was so addicted to the point im playing till midnight. Ppl will never appreciate this kind of game when they are "gacha" minded where they only see value on games based on gacha standards like how easy is the dailies, how can respect your time etc. Xcom/tactics genre shines on its immersion, how you spend time making strategies and stuffs. so if you're someone that gets easily bored when games drag so much time then this game isn't really for you.
@VanillaQT You judge gacha games based off gacha standards you should never EVER treat a gacha as a normal game cause it'll always be inferior to whatever they are imitating.
GFL2 will never be a true tactical, turn-based game like XCOM. Unless GFL2 can create many, unexpected, authentic scenarios in their gameplay loop like XCOM, it won't do great in the gacha scene. XCOM maps are the same. But it's encounters are always different. It's always engaging, and the player has to always adjust. It's an addicting, simple gameplay loop. We can't say GFL2 can recreate that same thing, and it probably won't be able too. And let's be real. Most people don't even put more than 10-15 minutes (for dailies/weeklies) into gachas after they complete content. And since gachas are restricted, people aren't going to feel incentivized to put any more time than they want too unless they pay to progress (paywall) as opposed to XCOM, a full complete game with a dedicated modding community. And yes, XCOM styled games ARE niche. We don't see them in mainstream marketing much for a reason. Is it popular? Sure. But it's not as big as you think it to be.
I think the XCOM-like genre is fine.. but it really really doesn't mix well with gacha gameplay. A lot of people act like gacha is just a monetization model, but it isn't - it completely warps the gameplay of any game that it's in. I think that GFL2 and a random other gacha game have more in common than GFL2 and XCOM have in common. Games like XCOM are designed to be about things like thinking about the best way to use your resources and mitigating risks.. but as soon as you add gacha into the mix, the overwhelming majority of the gameplay becomes a combination of how long you've played, which characters you have unlocked and how much money you've spent, and all of the things that made XCOM an interesting game to play become completely sidelined by the gacha game mechanics, and you're left with a game that was designed to be similar to XCOM but having replaced all of the parts of XCOM that made it an interesting game to play. Strategy games are hard to balance - the range between "too easy" and "completely impossible" is much smaller than it is for other genres.. and gacha games are a genre that by and large throw balancing completely out the window (impossible to balance between a day 1 player and someone who joined a year late, and also impossible to balance between f2p players and players that pay).
@1кочевникфудзинкё For a gacha game that relies on selling skins for those waifus it's a bad business model - today it's 1 girl, but that frightens people that the next waifu they pull for or buy skin might suddenly be revealed in the story to have a relationship too. Who'd be buying vtuber merch for example, if they went and revealed their irl boyfriends on stream to their audience? Parasociality is what drives the waifu business.
I say time and again...most gachas would just do way better not as a gacha. They can totally just make a full blown RPG or even a live service shooter. Why must it always be a Gacha. I love the look of the game. The gals are 3D now and not 2D but I feel they could have just went with Snowbreak gameplay. Not that I don't like this (I did not play XCOM but Valkyria Chronicles) but idk. I love Girl's Frontline and go back to it every so often but I really feel they need to get away from gacha.
It's gacha because a single player game dies fast in china. If it's a sp game, it would be more balanced, but there would be only 5 characters in the end.
Actually, like the gameplay. Is the game actually ntr though? I don't fully understand the situation regarding that. Wouldnt be a fan if that was the case.
@1кочевникфудзинкё Wait really? That's it.... from what I keep seeing about it, I thought it was something crazy. Like mc getting cucked by all the waifus or sum.
in GFL1 you can "marry" a character, but in the story between GFL1 and GFL2, apparently she and raymond had some kind of involvement. that's my imperfect understanding anyways.
I'd say, the gameplay is the best of this game. I have never played this kinf of tactical shooting game before (like XCOM or Wild Arms), but I have found huge communities that love this thing and I am really motivated about it. Is sad to think that a game with such an amazing graphics (I'd say the best in terms of gacha games) could die before being born in global.
I played on GF1 at the start game was a really good. I played almost 4 years but suddenly i realised why i still here? Collecting more T-Dolls? For what? Playing new various maps and stages? No it became a really boring especially after they put tactic over gameplay. Story? Story is good but you can read it only playing and clearing stages. And after this dropped game after Dual Randomness appear on global. I try GF2 but think is better for them is making single games like Reverse collapse code name bakery.
There is always option to hit abooba switch (Snowbreak style) when needed. I actually enjoy Neural Cloud, but there's never enough content and gacha part is very bad (you can pull off banners all day and never get what you want, my longest streak is like 7 offbanners). Couldn't enjoy GF1, gameplay wise it's as bad as Azur Lane (i'm not a collector). Never played Xcom and turn based combat is not my thing (i really like Sword of Convallaria, this kind of gameplay feels more fun to play), but will try GF2 anyway.
2:55 WHY? 🤨 who know 😂 NTR frontline is insane2 (not only) The story want to tell you that the girls are imprisoned with you that you are the one who’s controlling them that so STUPID.(I don’t know if they changed it but hey…) Completely different from the NTR frontline 1 Anime gacha games are becoming worse and worse but star rail saved us
It's complicated because the game's theme is incredible and the characters are great (PS: I HATE NTR). However, the gameplay isn't that great, if they made the game on the same model as WAWU/Genshin. Open world, fluid combat, the game would be MUCH better or linear but incredible like PGR. it could even go head to head with the big gachas. But do what, right?
When I first heard of girls frontline 2 and I was hoping for gameplay similar to snowbreak. I would even say they could have been much more successful than snowbreak because while the characters in snowbreak look good the rest is mixed. As snowbreak updates they add better looking maps and more interesting boss and normal enemy design. Girls frontline 2 looks good in all aspects right at launch and snowbreak’s gameplay isn’t too hard to replicate so making GFL2 into a proper 3rd person shooter was possible but they missed out on a good opportunity. My only guess is they feared that it might be too generic to be successful but snowbreak proves that mildly entertaining gameplay and good visuals is enough.
Secretly, Mica is making a snowbreak clone behind the curtains, but I doubt how long it takes to copy that. They have all the resources, but they can't even finish the Glitchland.
Well, now the game makes no money, and the people moved on. The devs played with fire, and now they got that sweet charcoal taste. CN bros, stay based. Stand up and Shout, just like Ronnie James Dio taught us.
Aside from the NTR stuff, I could see how idealist(?) they're with the game, the gameplay they choose (XCOM gameplay) and the plot being in different tone from the first game. Looking at it again, it does looks like they wanted GFL2 to be more focused on the story and more in depth to the world building, with fanservice as the 2nd priority
i think one of the biggest problem for GFL2 (aside from ntr) is that the type of people that love this type of gameplay usually hate fanservice. so fanservice wont save them, it will just push away their potential customers.
There was alot of fanservice in GFL1 and oathing was actually something romantic even if it wasn't canon. They made most of their bank with fanservice and oathing from waifu collectors. Now they abandonded everything from GFL1 including their former paying audience in pursuit of hoyo numbers. Noone is at fault here but them. Well I wouldn't worry about GFL though bc they still have their stupidly rich hero yuzhong to save their heads but other companies don't have that benefit and actually need to make smart business decisions to be successful.
Global release player here. What I see is that, they don't learn anything at all from their mistake in GFL:NC I quit GFL:NC and maybe GFL2. MICA they make gacha and use template gacha, without understanding what it supposed to be. GFL2 seems far differ from GFL when it was 1st released. It's still a good game overall, but the overall design is similar to other gacha. I now understand why MICA founders split and make HG.
Tried it for a week on CN the gameplay is not that bad the gameplay is like Xcom which is one of my favorite games, everything is well made especially the graphics and it runs smoothly hardly any issues, the game is very good in my opinion ( I'm a tactics fan since the ps1 era it might be niche idk). The issue might be on the controversy and i hope it will have a TOF treatment where on CN it's not that popular but on the west it will be. The game doesn't deserve aearly Eos imo.
I doubt that this will help at all, the game or rather, the MICA team has been in charge of digging its own grave and basically, driving away a potential market.
XCOM gameplay would probably be fine if you only had to do it once per stage and then you could sweep it. The enjoyment in these kind of games comes from experiencing new encounters and unexpected situations which are eliminated when you need to farm a stage million times.
And you know damn well that strategy is too much for some players
You can sweap stages you cleared in GFL2

After 3 minutes of watching this video, you STILL hadn't even touched the subject... SKIP!

It more looks like it is mint for people that like this tip of gameplay but that is just me
I don't even expect Girls Frontline 2 to be on the top list of games. It is more dedicated to the core fans.
It's just the false rumours from unconfirmed leaks that make it look bad. CN needs to touch grass.
The new story confirmed the rumors lol.
I will play this game only for macchiato. All out for her
I can see why MICA crawled to that UN collab.
YuZhong showed up, little cosplay event & Music Performance at UN building
That's all
It's just his funny little joke reference about the Globalist faction in their first game
Literally nothing burger
Huh... filtering already, not even released yet on global...
They just need skip button after clear the stage.
The players expect action game. Gfl 1, neural cloud , reverse collapse and Exilium all are tactical game. Even mini game in Exilium is more fun than the actual main game. They can just use all the asset in Exilium to make action game because how detailed and high quality it is.
given the quality of the GFL2 models, enviroment and else....making a 3rd person shooter like Snowbreak shouldn't be THAT hard.
Issue is funding money for such game, but given there's 1 hour tutorials on how to make TPS games on Unreal Engine 5.....
ffs...MICA, just, scuttle Exilium, and recycle most assets to make GFL 2.5: Resurrection, a 3rd person shooter in Unreal Engine.
SnowPEAK 🗣️🔥
Apologise.
Shu yo ahh up cornball😹🫵
You sound like u never played a XCOM game before its not niche at all its a more for popular style than you think.
@@VanillaQT Okay dud
No into NTR stuff, sorry.
I am Mr Raymond believer
No one need a fool like you believing that bullshit, no thanks
@1кочевникфудзинкё For a gacha game that relies on selling skins for those waifus it's a bad business model - today it's 1 girl, but that frightens people that the next waifu they pull for or buy skin might suddenly be revealed in the story to have a relationship too. Who'd be buying vtuber merch for example, if they went and revealed their irl boyfriends on stream to their audience? Parasociality is what drives the waifu business.
Wasn't really ntr but okay.
@@paradoxwraith5275 cope.
Does anybody know #10 and #24 and if they are playable for global ?
Actually, like the gameplay. Is the game actually ntr though? I don't fully understand the situation regarding that. Wouldnt be a fan if that was the case.
the NTR it just a bullshit make by tourist to sabotage the game before it gonna released in CN
@1кочевникфудзинкё Wait really? That's it.... from what I keep seeing about it, I thought it was something crazy. Like mc getting cucked by all the waifus or sum.
@@Mastifionliterally a nothing burger this ntr shit is literally bullshit
in GFL1 you can "marry" a character, but in the story between GFL1 and GFL2, apparently she and raymond had some kind of involvement. that's my imperfect understanding anyways.
Eango made a couple videos going over the drama. The theories the cn players were coming up with were pretty funny.
I wouldn't call 3mil failing
I want horse racing waifu game!
XCOM is great. Go play some UFO Enemy Unknown and Jagged Alliance.
This age really poorly~
There is always option to hit abooba switch (Snowbreak style) when needed. I actually enjoy Neural Cloud, but there's never enough content and gacha part is very bad (you can pull off banners all day and never get what you want, my longest streak is like 7 offbanners). Couldn't enjoy GF1, gameplay wise it's as bad as Azur Lane (i'm not a collector). Never played Xcom and turn based combat is not my thing (i really like Sword of Convallaria, this kind of gameplay feels more fun to play), but will try GF2 anyway.
It dev fault try to make fun on player at that ntr drama just atlest it at Eango video about it
Is girls Frontline good? I'm thinking about playing it is worth playing 2024 as new player?
The story is ending soon and it will take forever to get meta T-dolls, so not worth it
MICA, you can literally make this a shooter instead of a strategy game and pull more new players.
Please MICA 😭🙏😭🙏
Why they didn't make it a fps game?
They should have made it a card game.
It is said that the developers lack sufficient technical expertise.
>another why GFL2 is failing video
>looks inside
>MUH NTR, MUH SNOWSLOP

Coming back after SB censorship lmao
Moreover there's a rumor that Seasun actually did a "self-censor" To gain players sympathy😂
Bro calling chinese girls Frontline 1 fanbase tourists, LMAO
@@TanyaDegurechaff96 Yeah, they arent tourists. Rather they are some kind of insane radical ''fans''. There's always some in every community.
its good in my opinion
Ok so game like xcom but anime girls , if the gameplay is good i will try it
playing the CN and it's slow fun but slow it's a casual game
well, it was hard but easy now.
2:55 WHY? 🤨 who know 😂
NTR frontline is insane2 (not only)
The story want to tell you that the girls are imprisoned with you that you are the one who’s controlling them that so STUPID.(I don’t know if they changed it but hey…)
Completely different from the NTR frontline 1
Anime gacha games are becoming worse and worse but star rail saved us
It's complicated because the game's theme is incredible and the characters are great (PS: I HATE NTR). However, the gameplay isn't that great, if they made the game on the same model as WAWU/Genshin. Open world, fluid combat, the game would be MUCH better or linear but incredible like PGR. it could even go head to head with the big gachas. But do what, right?
No, it wouldn’t. Too many of these games already, maybe keep it the same or make it play like the division
Was interested in the game and this is one of the first results. Guess the game wasn’t successful after all. 😅
This was 4 years ago. The game was released 2 weeks ago meaning that his takes are all prediction
Well, now the game makes no money, and the people moved on. The devs played with fire, and now they got that sweet charcoal taste.
CN bros, stay based. Stand up and Shout, just like Ronnie James Dio taught us.
2 million players day 1.
Imagine if they went full Snowbreak style with these girls
Well. They are working on it, but they can't even finish glitchland so.......
Also vice versa
There was alot of fanservice in GFL1 and oathing was actually something romantic even if it wasn't canon. They made most of their bank with fanservice and oathing from waifu collectors. Now they abandonded everything from GFL1 including their former paying audience in pursuit of hoyo numbers. Noone is at fault here but them. Well I wouldn't worry about GFL though bc they still have their stupidly rich hero yuzhong to save their heads but other companies don't have that benefit and actually need to make smart business decisions to be successful.
nope, i like both xcom and hot anime girls
The story is quite boring...... Noit is boring
Global release player here.
What I see is that, they don't learn anything at all from their mistake in GFL:NC
I quit GFL:NC
and maybe GFL2.
MICA they make gacha and use template gacha, without understanding what it supposed to be. GFL2 seems far differ from GFL when it was 1st released. It's still a good game overall, but the overall design is similar to other gacha.
I now understand why MICA founders split and make HG.
What is HG?
Tried it for a week on CN the gameplay is not that bad the gameplay is like Xcom which is one of my favorite games, everything is well made especially the graphics and it runs smoothly hardly any issues, the game is very good in my opinion ( I'm a tactics fan since the ps1 era it might be niche idk). The issue might be on the controversy and i hope it will have a TOF treatment where on CN it's not that popular but on the west it will be. The game doesn't deserve aearly Eos imo.
Because its a pile of bullshit
Global coming soon, hopefully it'll be okay
可以不用担心剧情问题,云母组已经声明在cn sever一周年时将改进过的95剧情放进游戏里。
I doubt that this will help at all, the game or rather, the MICA team has been in charge of digging its own grave and basically, driving away a potential market.
Nobody like xcom gameplay
Ok dude...
I do
Just give us AUTO battle
There is auto battle and sweeps
There is auto battle in the game
Well i sure hopw it doesnt i was looking forward to its global release.
