On the topic of PVP, hope you guys know that there's no need to put a good defense team. You don't gain/lose anything from losing in defense and if everyone has a one doll defense team. PVP will be so much more easier for everyone.
Gacha economy is looking good so far. I don’t imagine everyone will get every character, but realistically can expect to get almost every other character with some decent luck
Well, it wouldn't be a "gacha" game if everyone could get everyone. You need to choose, or be lucky. That's why it's a gacha game. But it's nice that the chance to get everyone is quite high (actually, very, because reruns are frequent).
11:00 just a note you'd be missing out on shop currencies if you only do everything last day because you get 3 tickets a day you can use on hard and they cap at 6 so at least try and auto a hard stage every 2 days
Indeed, and it's worth mentionning that every hard stage give the same amount of event currency once repeated. So just clearing the first one so that you can spend your entries every two days minimum until you can clear the rest is enough.
Pull wise, it's similar to other normal gacha game (so not generous but not the worst I've seen) but if global keep 2 new banner every month it's going to be rough for some (like now Suomi and Ulrid simultaneous gacha banner)

won't be every month lol, they'll weave in perma/rerun banners. CN only getting 15 limited units in 12 months so theres only a few months (3 months) with 2 limiteds and we already got the first month of dual new limited with suomi and ullrid.

Overall, it seems like a decent income, even if we consider the stingy rates we should indeed be able to get one copy of every other character. If we keep getting double banners though it'll be 1 copy out of 4 banners, which would be pretty bad compared to most f2p gacha games experience out there.
If my memory serve me right, the CEO already say that Global will always lack behind of the CN server, and since there are only 15 char within 1 year in CN, our situation shouldn't be much worse Plus there bound to be some characters you will skip here and there, so overall should be fine

each new supply mission gives 50 gems as you level up, this should add by a lot with a new account, i use all my refreshs as f2p to get as far as possible in account level to gets thoses free 50 gems, got my suomi to v1 im pretty chill. GL to every new commander.
After grinding a lot i got Suomi (once) from 130 and Peritya (twice); once from start and second time from...idk. 50/50 scamed me twice: Heart Seeker and Golden Melody. Second time actually not a scam but gun drop from standart banner. I think two characters is not insanely generous, especially at launch. I dont talk about Vepley because she is free and not from actual gacha. Also dont forget about 5 star weapon that significantly increase character potential.
Eventially the shop will get pulls you can buy from the currency you getting pulling. Right now it only has the SSR weapons but for 900 you can get 30 pulls.
Honestly it seems more on the generous side than other gachas but being guaranteed to hit pity (its 3 off, it might as well be gauranteed) is pretty good. Sure you have to win 50/50s but a new elite doll is a new elite doll.
So if one 10 pull is around 1,500 crystals. you can get 5k maybe 4k in a month that's 40 pulls-50 pulls. However the banners only last 2 weeks so you'd cut it in half and that's around 20-30 pulls. still very good but keep that in mind when grinding it out.

The new player income seems pretty good. I unfortunately lost the 50/50 and had to go to about 70 pulls both times, then she finally came and at the end of the multi Mosin Nagant came as well lol, so got my guaranteed back. We still have 2 more weeks so im sure even if you had bad luck you should have plenty left over for next banner
If we have two new units every patch it just won’t be enough, they would have to increase the amount at least double for it to be fair which is why I am already disliking the direction the game is taking cause essentially we would get the same amount of pulls as CN but double the banners which is unfair to ftp

I think someone has done the math but long story short. If you buy the credits at a discount for the first time purchases then use credits to buy outfits. If you already cleaned up shop and have no credits for outfits then just use cash instead.

From overall I get roughly 120+pulls per patch This game probably gives about the same but lower pity.
I hate gacha obscurity with currency to ticket ratios. From your video it will takes months to gather up enough pity and if they continue the double banner this will be quite painful for global. I think Mica are making a mistake by following hoyo rates especially considering the first GFL gacha. This game is hardly "f2p friendly" people keep throwing around how f2p their gacha is but the rates are abysmal and they also follow the 50/50 pity which just sucks.

Most gachas I played grant 40-50 pulls per month (including events), also it depends on each pity system. The pull currency feels just about right.

You forgot about event hardmode, which i'm pretty sure is another 2x5x50=500 colapse pieces per event.
