I prefer the way the camo system is now, but I don't like the challenges.
The challenges in MWIII are slightly better, but in MWII they were absurd(Longshots was abysmal).
I would hate for it to be just headshots.
I would prefer it to be like BO2 where it's "Kills without Attachments", "Kills with max attachments", "Headshot kills", "General Kills", "X Kills in a single life", etc.
I don't want "longshots", "prone kills", "crouch kills", "use X tactical then kills", "kills with a single mag", "jump kills", etc.
Fun challenges are preferred, instead of something boring like just headshots, or tedious longshots kills.
Funny enough. Black Ops 4 did exactly what TDawg is talking about. The blueprints were designed on everysingle attachment. And thats due to the pick system as well. There were less attachments to design. Now since IW made 19,000 attachments per gun, there is no way they could design that many.
So the pick 10 system would fix this blue print issue.
Although they did kind of screw it up in cold war. But that is a unique case in cod history.

Prestige mode needs to come back 1000%. It was such a good and fun concept, reach level 55, enter prestige, all your guns and streaks are locked again, there was always a constant grind and progression path, it kept you playing the game. And the cool thing is it was entirely optional, don't like re unlocking things well don't prestige, simple. Still baffles me they took it away for a system that is universally hated and makes no sense compared to normal prestiging. This now seasonal thing is so soulless, you only get to experience actually unlocking things once the entire life span of the game, past level 55 everything is unlocked forever, levels beyond that is just empty and meaningless. I honestly don't see how season ranking is meant to keep or help with retention, for a lot of players like myself it has the complete opposite effect.

first off, loving the pod boys i bever expected for a call of duty focused podcast to be so entertaining.
For podcast topic ideas, I think talking about what you like about zombies by focusing upon the best aspects from different games would be dope. For instance, say you like how Bo2 zombies had survival based maps that are open to casuals while also having easter egg oriented maps for more serious players

It's funny how all the great things mentioned in this video are what Treyarch has done. Truly feel like IW has ruined this franchise.

I’m watching these videos because I do like call of duty. But I don’t like where it’s been since mw2019. And I’m holding onto hope that they’ll return to kinda how it used to be
I agree with Chop, I would also like to see the Skill Ranking in Zombies return, but I wouldn't want it to replace XP System.
I'll throw this in here as well since it's in the same vein.
I don't want Classic Prestige to replace Seasonal Ranks.
Let players max out their rank by reaching Prestige Master Level 1000, but then have a separate Seasonal Ranking that resets every Season(also allow you to see what your overall Seasonal Rank by your current Seasons Rank).

There's so many optics in MW3, ported in from MW2, and then they keep adding new ones all the time. Average COD player will only use 4-5 of them from the beginning of the game's lifetime to the end.

The thing with MW19 realism gunsmith made sense. There are many attachments in the modern day, but you’re telling me that an STG44 and a sten have a short mag, a red dot, an underbarrel, no stock, and a suppressor? No reason for there to be all that instead of just a regular pick ten.

Bring back prestige mode, pick 10 system, good streaks like in mw2, bops2. I would like them stick with the theme of the game when it comes to bundle purchases.

What mw3 shouldve done with the gunsmith is to simplified the attachment into their own sub categories like for example for Underbarrels we have foregrips (Ex:Merc Foregrip), Handstop grips (Commando Foregrip), Tactical grip (FSS Sharkfin 90), and Underbarrel lauchers. Foregrip is meant for vertical recoil control and Handstop Foregrips are meant for horizontal recoil. And all the options for select different types of foregrips or handstops be all cosmetic and has no additional benefit other than looking cool on the gun this will simply solved the over bloatedness of the gunsmith and will make it easier for the average player to grasp which option is good for what

Personally I think that the new armory system is better than just leveling up every gun individually. If you play with a lot of guns, you can instantly unlock all weapon attachments on a gun instead of grinding like 30-50 levels for one gun
I do like that. I just think we can get rid of the 500 attatchments per catagory lol

Jumped on B02 the other day And got goosebumps. The nostalgia is crazy, makes me hate the new ones and just wishes every time I play the new ones that the old ones were back. A new cod with new elements old aspects that were great that the fans love so much would be awesome. I don't think our beloved old things in these old cods like bo1 and bo2 will ever come back, but we can only hope. It would be so cool and I think it would give the cod franchise a nice refresh.
The game is STILL good. Nostalgia aside

All I’m saying is that other people should have their opinions without others berating them for it, especially if it’s something as little as gaming. They are entitled to their own opinions, like damn if you liked MWII or Vanguard I’m not going to fry you for that. I hope you understand that the point of my comment was to say that people are allowed to have their own opinions without someone shaming them for it.
@@CoffeeSA96 in their defense mw19 had extremely smooth movement, guns felt great, mechanics were extremely quick and efficient, and the graphics were a MASSIVE update as well.
However yea, the maps/ modes were rough, the doors were terrible, and sbmm became more cranked. Overall though mw19 had a lot of TOP TIER attributes as well.
tbh the blueprints allow for some cooler custom stuff than camos. but there’s no way to design it for all attachments and guns. the key though is it LOOKS like more value than a camo so you can charge $30. so maybe they do make more money this way xd even if the guns are useless
dude what if they had a collectible set of camo and attachments that worked for each gun in its class? or made it so blueprints were purely cosmetic and you could apply the stats of whatever attachments you like to them? that would actually be better
30 dollars for anything in a video gamer is crazy to me
