Also ravensoft did work on Ghost Camp. And other feature. They were the Ft backup studio during that time. So Raven knows what is good story n all. I wish they give Ghost series to them. That was their baby.
Great Podcast! One issue though that I am having with your podcasts is the lack of chapters. I would appreciate it if you guys would start to divide up the videos which would make them easier to navigate through. Either way, great work guys 👍
8:45 Gulf War tells you EXACTLY what the story is. It also harkens back to a "Modern Warfare" style campaign. It sounds like an actual war, an actual campaign. I'm already imagining the storyline.
If the campaign ends up being exactly how I’m imagining it then it’ll be a good campaign 😂, but knowing every year or most years we end up getting something completely different than what we expect. This year though I am definitely feeling like it’ll be a solid campaign even though it’s been rumoured to have open world features for majority of the game.
Imagine if the “Juke” was like the AW boost. Maybe not as intense as Advanced warfare (even though I want that), but maybe just like a small boost forward or back
Great episode as always! Here’s an idea for an episode. What does cod need to do to get some of their fans that they lost back. Keep up the great work guys! Love to listen to this when I’m mowing the grass.
I seriously enjoy these pods. Keep it up dad. Also I’m for sure getting BO3 feeling like all the Easter eggs and teaser bulging hype sorta thing. I just wish they’d bring back pre order rewards like the jug fridge
Question for you guys, Raven's done a lot of work on CoD and seem to do pretty well, would you like to see them be given a shot at making their own CoD, maybe even replacing Infinity Ward in the lineup? With the way IW has been since Ghosts (with the exception of MW19 imo) I'd be fine if they were taken out of rotation and just relegated to working on the game engine and supporting other studios.
@@GoingDarkPodcast I really liked IW, especially since my nerdy ass loved the work they did with the game engine, even more so for MW19, but MWII was made worse between beta and release and then they never listened or fixed anything after launch. That game could've been great like MW III is now (at least for the multiplayer which is all I care about), the changes made were not that big but made a world of difference. I'm curious if they just never fixed anything and were planning to sell us the DLC with said fixes.
I like the title Gulf War simply because it sticks with the naming of Cold War, it feels a little weird going back and forth between numbering and naming, it sounds funky rolling off the tongue, but I just dont like the inconsistency of what they want to call them
You guys think AA has gotten stronger? According to Xclusive Ace's testing it has not changed like.. almost at all(only real difference is the range I think, not AA strength). What I think you may be experiencing is the visual reduction of weapon recoil when your FOV is much higher + the no recoil(and predictable recoil) guns in modern cod
If you guys end up doing more podcasts outside the normal schedule for any hot news you guys should have a cool name for those episodes the the patch notes or something
four years to bring back cod this better be good... I get noone can agree about fast ttks or jetpacks or modern or old or whatever but it better have somthing for everyone
BOV is cleaner than BOVI, but BOVI just makes far more sense to me. I wish they would've hidden a V in the W for Cold War just to solidify that it was BOV. Gameplay wise, I don't really need to speculate too much(yet), because I have faith in Treyarch, If we get a few months closer to launch, and start to hear bad things, then I'll worry a bit, but for now I'm expecting something better than Cold War(which I really liked), but not anything groundbreaking.
I agree kill streaks should be good. But I don't think they should be so good where players are incentived to camp in the back of the map or in a little building with claymores and proximity mines trying to get 8 kills without dying. Just so they can get a support helo. While the rest of their team is trying to play the objective. Pushing the point or flag to win the game. Obviously good players don't need to camp to get streaks. Were not talking about them. BUT with SBMM right now TYPICALLY you're the only "good" person on your team. So some of your team is going to be feeding the other team by dying over and over. Or they're going to camp to try to get streaks. The other team is going to get these OP streaks before you do. Its like... And you gotta realize SBMM is in place so people don't hop off the game. If you join 3 matches and there's dogs and VTOLS being dropped on you. You're getting spawn trapped. And its not your fault its SBMM. Its not like you're bad at the game. Its your team. I just think... Having "OP" streaks will make SBMM 5× worse than what it is now
I just want simple and fluid movement, like Cold War where you can still slide around but you don't button mash like you're playing THPS just to get around the map. Always hated tac sprint and slide cancelling, the whole "skill gap" debate is dumb to me. Cod at its core is a simple game.
you do realize that the same thing happend before cold war came out right ? when has trey arch ever made a game with slide canceling ? never. however since the game might be on the newer engine things can change so who knows ? hopefully they dont add it in lol.
The aim assist is strong but i also think the guns are easier because they have too many attachments. With the right attachments your gun has no weakness. For example back in the day you had one attachment that helped your gun slightly like silencer but came at a cost meaning less range or more recoil. You could have another attachment but lose a perk slot. It was a give/take. Now with gunsmith each gun might have one or two downfalls but with 5 attachments its perfect or meta now.
I honestly think people prefer Gulf War because they have been hearing it for the past year. I personally like the clean numbers as well and think Gulf War sounds a little stupid.
If SBMM is gonna be in BO6 i ain't playing it, sick of it since 2019. Specially with the authoritative servers known as the COD NetCode where what the server says, goes. If i shot first and die first is because the server said that the enemy shot 1st. Makes no sense, and the bad thing is that Infinity Ward admitted this crap in their YT channel. Look for it as: Infinity Ward: The COD NetCode.
THANK YOU GUYS FOR WATCHING !!
We want more like this video about next black ops 👍
got you

If Treyarch does not mess this up, cod is literally back

We need them to dominate

@GoingDarkPodcast In my opinion bo3 the last great cod.

Will zombies have a set crew?🤷🏻♂️
What people don’t get is that increasing the skill gap will result in LESS sweats. Not more
