  • We've heard the doom & gloom, right? How about 7 good things about the settlement?!?
    With many freaking out about the latest settlement, Tony and I will share 5 reasons the industry is actually BETTER now! Think I'm delusional? Here is a teaser:
    Offering commissions to buyer's agents is not banned--quite the opposite--it just can't be published in the MLS now.
    Buyer's agency agreements will now required. Hooray! We'll explain more.
    The settlement covers the entire US, including our local Boards and MLSs. Apart from the attorneys for the plaintiffs buying new yachts and vacation homes, we should be pretty much done with this for now.
