This is really helpful because I was actually considering switching to bioengineering but instead my school offers some minors in engineering that could help. It’s definitely more interesting to me to work in say - tissue culture by using my biotech background and also some engineering knowledge as opposed to just working in a medical lab (that is what I definitely DONT want). Thanks for your videos !
Very good video, excellent content, I recently discovered you since I am just beginning to be interested in this Biotechnology thing, some tools that you recommend to learn more about Biotechnology?
If u mean by important directions that its headed, i would suggest Nanobiotech, and crispr technology. But learning about microbio, biochem, organic chem and other indvidual subjects that contribute highely to bitoech, would be very helpful aswell. For books, I found bioprocess technology by chmiel, Horst et. and intro to Biotechnolog by rheinhard et el. to be evry interesting and helpful. Hope it helps u abit
Hello, I would like to ask the bioengineering students if I can buy a macbook air m2/m1 and this will be compatable to the major (bioe) . Because I've heard about tha mac os that it would be no compatable to the programs used in bioengineeing major . Please halp me
Bioeng --> biotech probably yes. But u know, that will be decided by the university. Some might see a problem with that. U can never be sure on such things. I would suggest asking the university. They know better.....
This video helped a lot.... I have done my bachelor's in biotech engineering and currently thinking to pursue my masters in Germany but not sure enough which field can bring a good job prospect please can you suggest some
Any interdiciplinary firld will do that. Biomed sciences/ medicine technology, bioengineerin, biomolecular science etc. Go with ur interest, look into all, u will get somewhat a nice idra
Hi sir, I m presently pursuing my masters in Biotechnology in India I do like to work in germany what are the protocols that I should follow will you please help me out with this .
Language mostly would be required, but it is dependent on the company ur position etc. Other basic requirements for visa application would as well, but that ll come later....
Biotech will be more general, med biotech would be more pharma, and maybe more into diagnostics within pharma biotech. From number of opportunities biotech, but carriers in pharma biotech are better as of now. So just which one is better. Med biotech
I would say, its different for everyone, and Things like what tasks are your supposed to do. For me biotech is easier. Bioeng with devices, the problems are difficult to find out. Some errors are really hard to detect. On the other hand, some biotech jobs are maybe harder. In bioeng if there is no maintance/optimization needed, u have more relaxed days etc. I would suggest, play to ur strengths. Where are u more capable of solving the problems......
@@BT.ed9I will now talk about most of my thoughts and passions But you have to read all my comments and understand me well... Then tell me about the appropriate specialization... Please reply 😔I really appreciate that,Let's Begin : 1_ I love Nature sciences and I want to become a great scientist in the medical field or biology Sciences ....Or a senior microbiologist or a senior researcher.... 2_ At the same time, I love the field of software technology and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence, which aims to develop and solve problems.... I also love creating new technology and thinking about new advanced solutions in scientific fields (renewable energy engineering _ medicine _ smart electrical devices...) 3_ I also tend to have a passion for astronomy... I am obsessed and love discovering scientific facts by myself, just as I adore telescopes and microscopes... by observing distant objects and stars, and I love researching questions... such as the reality of the shape of the earth.... *_As for the subjects in which I find it difficult, they are mechanics and chemistry.... However, I am good at general simple motion mechanics and Newtonian mechanics... As for chemistry, I hate it somewhat, but if I study it, I might be good at it.
1) you can be a researcher in MiBi, medical or other biological fields. I would suggest looking into TECHNICAL BIOLOGY. I find it interesting as well. 2) You can combine software tech with biotech= Bioinformatics / Golden Biotech. There are multiple ways to get into renewable energy sector. e.g. Biotech, individual energy technologies (solar, wind etc), through environmental studies, and i think there is also a field called renewable/sustainable energy technology. BUT, almost every subject that i know of, that you mentioned has either Mechanics or chemistry or both in it. In physical tech fields there is always some level of mechanics, and in chemical/biochemical fields there is going to be chemistry. So there is no way around it. CHEMISTRY is also not that bad, sure u can do it if u studied it, and its not always chemistry in these subjects, but chemistry does come up. Just an FYI. No matter what u study, there is always going to be atleast one subject/module that you are not going to like. So, if u cant avoid these things, i would suggest chosing the fields, that you find attractive as a whole. Wish you the very best. One point 3, I dont have enough knowledge on the fields, so i cant give advice on Nr.3: Hope that helped a little.
@@BT.ed9 Thank you so much for the explanation, I appreciate what you said... ✅. By the way... After searching a lot, I found out that I can go to specialize in medical engineering. What do you think about it? In fact, my opinion is about 50 to 60 percent٪.... I'm thinking of going into biomedical engineering. And 40 to 50 percent... I'm thinking of being a biotechnologist or bioinformatics . Can you tell me who has more employment opportunities,,, and do they have close employment rates....?... and do you advise me to major in medical engineering?? Because after searching I found it rather good...

Thank you for visiting.
Best of luck to U👍
I'm considering biotech as a major because im interested in it but I don't want to work in a medical lab either...
You would have more options with biotech. And very best of luck mate👍
Useful video sir
I am glad it was. Thanks👍

what is the difference between biotechnology and Biological technology?
"Logical "
hello sir, can i do masters in biotechnology after compeleting bachelors in quantitative biology (or) biomaterial science (or) bioengienering?
If you have the program prerequisites then yes you can

can i study biomedical engineering after completing bachelor's in biotechnology?
I would like to think so, but not sure. You can email some universities and ask them directly. Sry mate
Which of the two majors is better in terms of: :
1_ job opportunities ✅
2_ quality of work✅
3_ the salary. ✅
4_ ease of work..
Does the biotechnology department offer an engineering degree?😊
Yes
sometimes, but sometimes u get a BSc.. Depends on your university
sir ,have you completed msc in biotechnology. If yes , what is your review??
No i have not mate. Sry
@@BT.ed9 then in what specialisation have you graduated???
for now just Bachelors...
In my country we have course bs biotechnology and bs medical biotechnology which couse will be better ?
If u wanna go into medicine for sure do medical but I suggest you don’t narrow it down to medical if you want more options
