Silicosis, is causes by exposure to crystal Silica, which comes from chipping, drilling or grinding minerals like Glass. You MUST wear a proper mask and much more water to prevent the dust. It could be very dengerous, because dust is deposited in the lungs, this can not be taken lightly, gloves should also be used, as the powder enters the nails and can also be embedded in the skin.
Thank you for this very good introduction. You would have less risk to your health if you could rig up a small plastic tube connected to a suspended water bottle. Just a fast drip would do.
😂😂😂 no! Of course you will not going to break it. I'm sure your work with glass will turn out beautifully 😊😊😊 please try it. Can't wait to see your etching glass work.
¡Buen trabajo! ¿Debe aplicar presión?, por lo que pude captar, me parece que solo desliza la herramienta como si fuera un lápiz grueso. Gracias por subir el vídeo
Hi. You may find it by searching owl silhouette. If not found, please email me at intan_zulhilmi85@yahoo.com then I'll send you the photo. Thanks for watching 🤗.
It helps reduce dust exposure by wetting it down. This means that you are protected from breathing in the toxic dust particles, like Silica dust, that are exposed during the grinding process.
Intanz Handmade ahhhhhh I see now. Thst makes alot of sense, I thought it may have been to stop the tip over heating haha. That's Great help, thank u for letting me know. I have the same dremel and recently got some diamond coated burs so I think Iam goin to give this a try thanks to your video ☺ I don't have the flexi shaft yet so I will try without first while Iam waiting to get one but it's Goin to be difficult to hold I think haha..Great channel always full of helpful advice and tips so much appreciated ☺ Anyway, Best wishes from Ireland 🍀 😉
Thank you, very nice. Just like tracing & filling in, looks pretty simple just time consuming. Second time watching, thinking about doing something similar on a mirror. What kind of glass dust protection do you use? Thanks again---Joe
Thanks for the video. Nice work. I was looking for a similar unit and only found 110V ones. I believe in Malaysia you use 240V outlets, so did you find a 240V unit or you using a transformer unit? Thanks
