This scene is so beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Season 5 was really amazing, I do not understand why some people did not appreciate it. Amazing acting as always and it was not predictable because of new story and dynamics. Aaaah Fringe, the best show ever.
It was S4 i had a problem with. What with them retconing everything like that and then conveniently giving Olivia her memories back so that she gets back with Peter.
Agree. Beautifully acted scene, especially by AnnaT n LanceR, both exceptional talents. Love Fringe including season 5. Wish Astrid's character was more developed but that's 20/20 hindsight. Also wish ATorv gets more lead roles. She's so gorgeous n talented.
While I liked 5, it was a jarring departure from everything else and people generally don't like big changes happening to the things they like. In all honesty, I could have lived if 4 was the last season but don't mind 5 being a thing, can't say I've ever felt compelled to re watch it though.

Phillip Broyles was my first introduction to one of the most underrated actors this side of the Millennium. A man who's acting calibre should have landed him in Oscar winning movies, but for some reason he never got that big. Taken away from us way too soon. RIP Mr Reddick and Nice Try iHop!
I am watching all the shows I loved as a kid with my girlfriend who hasn’t seen them. I cried for this… she’s seen LOST, FRINGE and we just started 24. Fringe has been her favorite. Beautiful acting and it’s a shame tv isn’t the same anymore :(.
I loved Fringe but wasn't a fan of season 5 (like most of us, I guess). BUT... this scene hits hard. The moment of Broyle's and Olivia's reunion feels so earned. Kudos to both actors. And RIP Lance...

I love moments like this from season 5, over arching plot wise, however, it made absolutely no sense
