Hisoka: stares at young boys from behind
Marine: admitted to stare at the legs of young boys during her high-school years
Seems about right.
she connects to hisoka on a deeper level. can't be helped
Based Senchou
What we learned today is that what is important is to have charisma.
I laughed so hard when she says 'Who cares about Kortopi?! '
seeing marine say she doesnt like evil characters combined with the clip's title is perfect dramatic irony
Marine: "i don't like evil characters"
Also Maine: here's my essay defending these objectively Evil characters who also happen to be my favorite
... i love you Senchou
She is the perfect fujoshi.
Never watched HXH but I love the progression from "Well, they were evil so Hisoka didn't do anything wrong by killing them" to "Well, he didn't apologise for bumping into Hisoka so he deserved to lose his arms" lmao
When it said Hunter Hunter spoilers I went “I’ve finished the anime, should be fine”. How naive I was…
Me too. 🥲
Here's an f for u my friend. F
If Marine was in HxH she'd be Bisky lusting after Hisoka after coming out of the water naked.
I guess for her it's perfectly fine to kill if the victim decided to put themselves in that position, just not when the victim is entirely innocent.
Being a pirate, Marine must be prepared to die any time as well.
I think Hisoka and Chrollo killed a few dozen bystanders when they fought.
I think Hisoka is evil. The most terrifying one that is. The one who perfectly knows what they are doing are evil and was proud of it.
Your end credit meme, lol. You gotta do Togashi-sensei like that 🤣
"Hisoka isn't evil. He just wants to fight."
*Phantom Troupe literally does the same thing*
"Yes, but they're evil."
senchou is a hisoka simp. i think i can tell that much.
>Phantom Troupe literally does the same thing
Hm genocide for red eyes isn't the same thing
Literally does the same thing? I don't think gouging out eyes from a clan just because they're pretty and sells for a lot counts as "just wants to fight" lol.
@@funne3y They killed the Scarlet Eye clan because they were strong. Hisoka would've done the same thing if he had the chance.
With that word "genocide" you might as well say the Chimera Ants are less evil than the Phantom Troupe since they never committed genocide. They just killed 100x more people, but at least its not genocide because that would be true evil, right?
Hisoka fits right at home with the Phantom Troupe. The only problem is that he wants to kill all of them because they're all strong.
@@milesedgeworth132 No the main reason why the PT killed the kurta clan is because their eyes are worth a lot a money. As for the chimera ants I would say that they're not evil, except for some of them that were born after eating humans, because the ants didn't kill people for fun they killed but to eat them. Is it really considered evil to eat something below you in the food chain?
I think that Hisoka's nen ability, Bungee Gum, has the properties of both rubber and gum.
*"I dislike evil characters"* and then Senchou defends Hisoka, the duality of Senchou xD
Killua is just a child though, he didn't fully understand what he does. He just did whatever his family told to.
I like Hisoka, but I'll never forgive him for what he did to Gotoh :(
Thank you for giving us Senchou's clips while she's on Hiatus like the author of HiatusxHiatus 😂
In her defense, hisoka did *a lot* to serve his interest, which is gon. By saving poisoned gon during hunter exam, do bidding with killua brother to not kill gon, holding gon from entering higher floor of Arena before he finishes learning Nen.
He is just a super poweful pervert, i think
Doesn't fully understand? Nah, I'm pretty sure he won't ever hesitate to kill someone if need be even in the future. He still goes full on whacko mode if he gets pissed haha
Hisoka is nor good nor evil. He is just selfish and most of society doesn't have high thoughts of selfish people.
"Howcome they dare to follow their own goals? Howcome they dare to ignore me avoid taxes?"
yeah gotoh's death made hisoka completely irredeemable for me. he could've easily just incapacitated him in some way but nope gotta kill one of the only people that cares for killua
...Gotoh is a butler to a family of assassins. We know for a fact that the Zoldyck's butlers are trained assassins as well. Why do people even pity him?
Hisoka ironically important character that makes gon able to progress
Of course he is,how is that ironic?
@@cosmiclikesminecraft he has evil vibes all over places but as i wrote in other comment, he actually kinda nice guy allowed gon being alive
A classic example of I will defend my favorite character no matter how many times I contradict myself.
a supporter of the bungee gum!?
makes sense, this is senchou after all.
Senchou's kind of right...? she did have her fangirl glasses on but almost all of Hisoka's victim are asking for it really, except for G, he deserves a better fate .__.
As always Shabby, love your end card meme and thanks for Senchou clips!
For Marine, if you are charming enough then it offsets any evil deed that you can do lol
Perfect for a dashing pirate
Fangirl glasses detected!
Hisoka has some layers and isnt an moustache twirling clichee villian, but he is for sure evil...and creepy on top of that.
I object, Hisoka was one of the best villains of his time!
@@Syncopia doesn't change the fact that he is evil though
Next clip: "Light did nothing wrong"
>The phantom troupe are evil
>Hisoka was an active member of the Phantom Troupe
>Hisoka isn't evil
Senchou should go debate Destiny on this.
He was a fake member, common sense. We don't know what he did while there
Wait until you realize evil and good is barely a thing since humans are animals just like every other animal and we only developed those things for the survival of our species.
You can argue morality all you want but for the most part it's a gimmick people hold on to because of the benefits of being a 'good' person and having social status/image. That's why so called good people will root for absolute dictatorship and such as light yagami as long as it's done for 'good'. All egoism. Everything's grey.
@@chuhwey3632 r/iam14andthisisdeep
I put Hisoka and Dio in similar classes. Villains so cool, so filled with conviction and confidence, you can't dislike them.
Marines perception of Hisoka after thousands of hours spent consuming doujin content related to him seems to have drifted from the originally character somewhat. More research is required.
You should add some chat translations where they ask "What about Pirates?"
I swear every time I see “___ did nothing wrong” I get hitler flashbacks
Watame wa warukunai yo ne.
"They only act like the victim when their own friends are killed."
Every country ever.
to be fair the world of HxH has literally no moral compass. the phantom troop are like the most wanted criminals ever but also basically celebrities, the hunter exam is just a straight up blood sport that everyone knows about and supports, speaking of blood sports the tower of heaven is literally a colosseum where people go to watch the contestants get mutilated and killed regularly and is the best way to make money so you know its on insanely popular pass time. people like hisoka pass the hunter exam all the time and are practically given a license to kill. the whole society is straight fucked lol. so by comparison people like killua and hisoka just arent that bad just for killing people on occasion
Protect your mans
Oh no I don't even have any plan to watch not just HxH but any anime in next 300 years and I am already worried proceeding watching this clip.
I love Senchou but it’s hard to defend her on these ones, first it was Freeza, now the pedo clown
Hisoka... not evil?! BRUH! I get that he's one of the more compelling villains/anti-heroes, but I would not say that he's not evil in some sense.
Senchou, I'm afraid that this is an offense for which mutiny is made.
yeah, but remember that bungee gum has the properties of rubber and gum
Hisoka for president
I'm the same marine, I feel like Satou did nothing wrong from Happy Sugar life
She has pretty good memory of all the people Hisoka killed. I completely forgot about the guy that bumped into him lol.
I watched all of HxH and yet I don't remember a damn thing outside the huge plot points
This is literally Gon's mindset about anyone: "If I like him then he is a good person, If I don't like him then he's evil."
The excuses are abundant
shit. it thought its anime spoiler
Love your subs btw, thanks!
In desu we trust
Well she isnt wrong. But just because 99% of people who died in HxH were evil themselves, or decided themselves to fight in a battle to the death.
Marine:girigiri warukunai hisoka~🤣
Guess I see her perspective, but not really, pretty sure he's a bad guy, I can't hate him though.
Watame did nothing wrong.
_"They're hot, so it's okay if that character did horrific stuff."_ - Ah, the Sylvanas defense.
yeah but like where was he when Chimera ants were going rampant tho?
The only person who did nothing wrong is Watame.
I'm going to start watching now! Hope it is good!!!
At least we all agree that Gotoh's death was sad
Hisoka did nothing wrong
Just like Otto did nothing wrong
Marine forgot the evilness about a point from hisoka. The most evil thing is that bungeegum possesses the properties of both rubber and gum.
Ah I see senchou would get along well with my sister.
I mean, Hisoka is good boy.
Who didn't do nothing wrong.
desu
Bruh
“I don’t like evil”
“Phantom Troupe is evil”
“Hisoka is not evil”
my goodness she's on so much copium I almost overdosed 2nd hand through the screen LMAO
Hisoka gave us Baba-Marine, and that's a win for mankind in my book!
Schwingggg
She's right though
Hisoka did nothing wrong. He was simply speeding up a slow process that would have naturally happened regardless.
b
ased
Imo she's right. Most of people who got killed by Hisoka were either professional torturers like the Phantom Troupe or guys who signed up to fight to the death fair and square. HxH is that kind of edgy setting where a dude who is basically the Joker can seem morally neutral compared to almost everyone else.
fr tho, why did Togashi have to kill off Shalnark in such a lame way
Hisoka is pretty evil, true. But what I think Marine meant to say is that Hisoka isn't really a villain or an antagonist, as he ends up helping the protagonists more than ostracizing them. Even in the Heavens Arena arc, in which Hisoka functions as the main "baddie", he's actually portrayed more as a strict master who wants to help the boys grow (for his personal pleasure, sure, which makes him evil) through heavy-handed lessons, like when he was standing in that hallway releasing his Ren, basically saying "If you can't get past this you'll die your first match on this floor". Of course it's not all black and white, but that's one of the many beauties of HxH. Not many shows can get away with a recurring evil character who mostly acts as an ally rather than an antagonist, and make it feel natural.
marine love hisoka because of his abusive power bungee gum that can be use on her.
let your imagination go wild.
Marine is....not very judgemental. To say the least.
???? Wro
I don't know anything about HxH, Marine was very convincing.
You just gotta know H×H has a cult following, but it's really not as good as those people will say. Unfocused plot, poor character designs and lazy art in the manga that would not be OK for any other series. The author Togashi, who had admitted he doesn't know where to take the story in a Jump interview, only got by because of his legacy with Yu Yu Hakusho, which was much better in quality. H×H was a flop in the West until the studio Madhouse (Hajime no Ippo, One Punch Man) animated the reboot, giving it a makeover to convince a bunch of casual consumers desperate for a new shonen anime to pick it up. But the story is still the same; the arcs hardly connect with each other and the characters never reveal much, which leaves the viewer feeling like an outside observer.
People are not gonna like what I say because they want to stay positive, but the shit is really not worth your time. I even got my own H×H breakdown video in the works for this. I'm just doing my part to save you from being pressured to go 50 episodes deep into a 148 episode anime that will disappoint you.
@@DoubleBeast is this a copy pasta? that shit you wrote couldnt be more wrong man
Man, when you see how HXH slips in quality like that, you have to wonder where the Togashi who did YYH went.
The man straight up destroyed his back by laying around in strange positions and drawing/talking to his wife on the phone while drawing. I dont think we should ever expect HxH to finish
he probably got buried under the trash of HxH Togashi's appartment
It do be like that tho. In other media, like Eren or Annie, or that 'stached guy from Austria, some if not many would think those guys did nothing wrong. I think their actions are justified under certain reasons.
Phantom troupe is not evil, they don't go killing people for fun. Killua killed people to relieve stress. Hisoka killed people to satisfy his urge.
Hisoka in marine brain:a god that you don't want to mess with
