    I'm so grateful to have found this channel. It is exactly what I needed because I have been going back and forth and wondering why I didn't have more results.     What is the difference between the brain and the mind? Where does depression manifest brain or mind? Or both? I don’t wanna resort to substance abuse again, but I have to get rid of this depression.

The brain is the physical organ, while the mind is the realm of thoughts, feelings, and consciousness. Depression can manifest in both. In the brain, it can affect how neurons communicate, while in the mind, it influences how we perceive and experience life.

    Every Non-indian people should learn and understand that Yoga system was existing in India even before Hinduism or Sanskrit originated. These have been clearly documented by siddhas in their writings....

      Most humbly I would say, memory is every moment building up, but mind is just bundle of thoughts. If we are thinking, we have a mind at that moment of time, if we are not thinking, we are in no mind state.
