D-Wade’s peak is 28-30 a night in a slower paced, more defensive minded era while being an elite 2-way player being in the convo for MVP & DPOY.
No other SG can say the same except MJ & Kobe.
Harden was an elite offensive force & put up crazy numbers. But, Kobe even said it, his style of play of always having the ball to score or assist doesn’t win rings. His numbers would not be as good if he played more within the offense like MJ, Kobe, or D-Wade did.

Wade played the same position as Kobe accomplished what he did in the same era as Kobe! Wade was fighting an uphill battle from the jump. Imagine how much more love he would get nowadays when the position is watered down. No Tmac, Kobe, Ray etc.

We still have great shooting guards in today’s NBA. Book and Mitchell are phenomenal already and Anthony Edwards will surely be up there soon. It is true, though, that the position isn’t as deep because a lot of guys who would’ve played the 2 back then now play the 1 or the 3. Players that could qualify include Luka, SGA, PG, Kawhi, Tatum, and more. In the 2000’s if you were anywhere from 6’4 to about 6’8 and were a good scorer they’d put you at the 2. In today’s league Wade would probably be a PG and T-Mac would probably be a SF or maybe even a PF.

James Harden has had some great regular seasons. This might help him enter the hof one day.
But considering alltime greats, you cannot ignore playoff basketball. Dwyane Wade had more great playoff games in his 2nd and 3rd NBA season than Harden in his entire career.
Unfortunately, D-Wade was dealing with a lot of health issues during his career and couldn't maximize his potential. Imagine him keeping the level of 2005-06 for somewhere 10 years (he became 34 in 2016). Easily would have been a top ten player all time and probably 3 or 4 times finals mvp. Regarding his health related issues, D-Wade should be ranked 3rd or 4th best SG all time. Regarding playoff basketball, the logo Jerry West and Allen Iverson are ahead of Harden as well. So he is somewhere close to Reggie Miller, Clyde Drexler and maybe Klay Thomson without putting team success at first.
Finally, James Harden doesn't have the mental strength to be anywhere close to the top SG like MJ, Kobe, D-Wade, A.I. and West. He has been a box office player, but not a guy to compete for championships.

Harden was the product of Dan’s system. Let’s stop pretending like he was going to have any of those individual accolades without it. Wade was alone with g-league players in a much slower paced and less space league. Harden lived on the line and on the pace/space rules. Which is why Harden struggled in the playoffs and Wade excelled. This is a no brained for any real basketball head.
The only push back I'll say to what you said is this. Harden avg 27 and 29ppg per game before Dantoni ever got there and finished top 2 in mvp while McHale was his head coach. Remember Howard was injured most of his time in Houston. But I do agree wade is better than Harden all time. I do think Harden gets disrespected a lot and some of it is unjust.
