DANGERS OF CARNIVORE? | MY STROKE!
Amazingly, just two weeks ago I had a stroke! Within three days after my stroke I was totally recovered but I was left wondering if my high fat carnivore diet could have caused the stroke. While still in the hospital, I immediately thought I would switch to a low fat “heart healthy diet”. In this video I share information about the stroke and take you through the research that helped me decide on the perfect diet for me going forward.
