Ok, I will give an answer, as an age regresser who wants but does not yet have a paci So, I chew, bite, suck, etc, on my hands, and other things that aren't food, when I am regressed And having a paci would help, because then at least its supposed to be in my mouth and there's a smaller chance of me getting sick or swallowing something bad by accident Not all regressers use pacis, cause not all of us need them Hope this helped a bit :)

Made sure those arent baby ones:) because if they are they can warp your teeth outward and you will have a small hole when you close ur teeth!!
