im 17 and i’ve started to try out regressing to help my depression and my s thoughts and at first i thought it would be stupid of me but now it puts me a so much peace feeling innocence that was took away fron me when i was little very healing ❤
i regress quite often now, voluntarily and involuntarily, to cope with stress, depression, and to get the chance to have the childhood innocence i didn’t get when i was little. i especially love making bracelets and cuddling with stuffies when i regress! thank you for the inspiration for some activities while i’m regressing, i definitely want to buy some big comfy sweaters so i can feel small☺️

I plan the future of my dream job and act it out with my stuffies! There are so many things I like to do!

one day, my friend told me he was an age regressor, so i did more research and figured out we've been doing that since we were pretty young! i'm also a pet regressor, that one i found out because when i get super stressed i slip into a child / puppy like state that let's our brain slowly help with trauma!! :33 so i recommend researching it! there's nothing wrong with a little bit of research and quizzing!!!! ^v^ -🤹🏼
I have a question, I’m 12 years old (almost 13) and a lot of the times I like pretending I’m like 5-9 years old when I’m alone and play with stuffed animals and dolls and coloring stuff.:) It makes me feel safer
It could be! Anyone can age regress, if youre in an earlier state of mind and find peace within it it's most probable that you've regressed. People can use it to cope with stress,trauma, or for fun, it's like going back to Innocence where you didn't have to worry. Also I hope youre doing better 💛
One cuestion, can i chosse regress??? Iike if I'm not an agere for a trauma and i dont regress involuntary in none moment or that things can i chosse voluntary regress?
Hey! Regressing can happen involuntarily but voluntarily as well! Regressing is about your mind reverting to a younger age, it can happen if you decide to regress or even happen without noticing. Age dreaming is also a thing if your mindset doesn’t regress to a younger age! Age dreaming is like age regression, it can also be used as a coping mechanism but instead of actually regressing, you’re imagining it. Like play pretend in a way. I know I’m kind of bad at explaining things but you can definitely search about the difference between age regression and age dreaming on google (I’m sure it’ll be more helpful!) I hope that still helped a bit!
And yeah, you can definitely choose to regress, people usually use it as a coping mechanism but some people are more child-minded and do it for fun too! I think it’s great to embrace your inner child sometimes, even if you didn’t experience traumatic events in your life. I personally have PTSD, that’s why I regress, but I know some people regress to relax or just for fun!

@@elfipup like yeah, activities don't have gender, but most people in their childhood had quite a gendered thing going on, and most people will feel MOST connected to their younger self trough that, a boy who plays with dinos and toy guns and wears green and blue and plays with sticks, and a girl who wears princess dresses and tries out moms makeup and loves glitter. for me tough, it was distressing to be expected to be all girly as a kid, so entering a video that i tought would be gender-neutral, but instead is "wearing makeup" and "dressing up in princess dresses" just feels mislabeled, i definetly think most of these are feminine little space activities

Sorry for that, but clothing have no gender in the first place, I wear dresses even as a trans guy. I didn’t think it would have hurt somebody by doing that video and I’m sorry for that
