Here is a cool detail. Was roaming around the desert at night and I found the jinn. Like one of those illusions in Origins
I liked the fact that Loki's life as Basim didn't suddenly disappear as soon as he started to remember. The way he was influenced and raised, it stayed with him. The decision to be a Hidden One, the friends he made, his belief in the creed. He didn't stop caring about it. It wasn't something less to him.
He did become consumed by need for vengeance. He did use mischief and other immoral methods to meet his goals. But his human life didn't lose meaning to him.
Loki is the first Isu to walk the Earth as an Assassin and thus a human ally, although unreliable one due to his immoral nature. He isn't a noble person. But he ain't absolutely evil. He is perfectly neutral character with his own goals that can be understood if not agreed with.
Jinn (Arabic: جِنّ, jinn) - also romanized as djinn or anglicized as genies - are invisible creatures in early religion in pre-Islamic Arabia and later in Islamic culture and beliefs.

@@borahcnmany of the jinnis are just gods from Mesopotamian and Arabian polytheism, but they were only considered jinnis or enemies once islam arrived.
@@IvarKurgarra no they’re not, thats just the common Islamic belief based on non scientific traditionalist method. Jinn either is a Quranic terminology meaning hidden/covered; or comes from Aramaic and gebrew Ginayya Ganan.
Sure the characters we see that somewhat resemble the Quranic jinns seem to be pre Islamic Arabian gods Like Al-Lat which is a title for Ishtar AKA Aphrodite which is of Mesopotamian origin cuz of… well Ishtar which comes from Inanna.
But there is no record of them being called Jinns before the Quranic Texts. They were just called “Deities” and the most popular deity of Arabia before the Hijazi influence of Allah/LH/ Al-Ilah(possibly)/EL/IL was actually Al-Lat, “the deity(feminine form)”.

Everybody will relate to Basim's past in the sense that we all hold burdens from mistakes and choices, and whether it benefits or chains us in the present. Like you and like I, both of us had to let go of past events, people too, for the sake of ourselves. Basim has forgiven himself, as we should forgive ourselves and others too because we know God is good and forgiving.
And not let the "demons" of our past become embedded into us as bad memories, which would otherwise affect us in the present. In this case, the Jinni for our protagonist in this game. I know nothing about Basim being Loki and the lore regarding that, but at least this is what I interpret the whole thing to be.
Djins and ghost can make the worst experiences of life i can relate. The way he is coping with it is almost close to reality.. I havent played the game i say on basis of this video.
Sooooo….doesn’t really reveal who the Jinn was. Judging by the holograph, I can only assume that is Odin as he’s imprisoning Loki during the Isu days before he escaped and hijacked the Yggdrasil device
Can you blame him? Loki orchestrated Baldr's death... Nehal is Loki... like how Odin was with Eivor... the Djinn is apparently a hallucinogenic manifestation of some kind of PTSD Loki suffered from being in some kind of Isu torture device beneath Alamut. Looks like Loki used his cunning to manipulate Basim into accepting being absorbed into Loki's mind... by manifesting as a trusted friend rather than a deity or monster.
Also a nod to Loki being renown for shapeshifting into women to manipulate others... As you can see at 14:57... Nehal manipulated Basim and consumed his soul completely... therefore Loki was reborn. Hence why Basim suddenly says -- How long has it been?
@@Ozzie_Mandiasyea an on top of that… Loki in the modern day played Layla so he could have access to the staff of hermes (where his wife stored her consciousness at) and as he said in end of Valhalla that all of this was apart of their plan.

I think the trauma is from Loki itself who transferred to Basim, he lost his house, his wife and his son because of Havi, not to mention that Havi locked him in a cell before Ragnarok and we already know that he is not very sensitive.

@@Ozzie_MandiasLoki’s not taking over Basim, all thats happening is Basim is seeing memories of his life as Loki and was having trouble processing that, Nehal represented to him how he was as Loki, once he comes in term with his memories and sees all of them he changes and he lets the past define him which was one thing Roshan didnt want Basim to do.
In my religion if jinn is obedient to Allah the jinn is not look like a monster but more handsome or beautiful but if they don’t they look like a monster
