I think Theo knows what he's doing. Most people have scattered, splintered thoughts if they actually examine themselves, but you beat them into shape over time. Theo decided not to - because he's a comedian and it's just funnier that way. Like he doesn't actually think that a single person invented clothes etc.
I went back and rewatched this and I think I was the one having flashbacks. It was like reliving the 60's all over again...and I wonder why my mind takes a vacation in the middle of a sentence. Living with or on pharmaceuticals. He still made me laugh. Peace guys ✌😁🤗 I will have to check out more as I'm not sure exactly if the jokes were that funny or if I might be a bit deranged myself.✌
@firefighterchick hahaa no worries! I forgot to put my shoes on when I left for work this morning. Good job I noticed just as I closed my front door. Well, to be perfectly honest, it was Ollie who noticed, not me 🤣🤣🤣
He's definitely got the tism, but he's absolutely hilarious in conversation. You just have no idea what the hell he's going to say so you just stick around till and absolutely hilarious conversation comes up, and they always do.
I'm not sure but I've got a feeling he's either on the spectrum or he is having continuous hallucinations or flashbacks. OMG I have never seen him before but I am crying. Can you imagine taking a stroll through his mind?? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Thanks for the laughs.
My two boys are on the spectrum. I know more than I ever want to know about the spectrum. This guy didn't show any signs of being on the spectrum. That's not to say he isn't, because spectrum disorders are notorious for having atypical symptoms. But he certainly wasn't displaying any of the classic tell-tale signs of ASD.
Well....that was a new experience for me. Kind of a mixed bag for me. He's funnier than I will ever be as a stand up comedian, but it's just not my style of humor. I agree with the title about the jokes being out of this world. Always good to check out things beyond the edge of my box. You guys still did a great job with the reaction as usual. Not sure what Phil puts on his cucumber sandwiches, but my experience was more like a lemon & kimchi sandwich. I got past the first bite but had a hard time swallowing it, and I didn't save the leftovers.
Kimchi is like a Korean version of sauerkraut, I think? Yeah, I can never make out that last word with the cucumber that Phil says either.😉😁 Their reactions never disappoint! 😊
@jameshawkins2984 I only knew that because of an episode of MASH!!🤣 If it's anything like sauerkraut then I'd probably enjoy it. There aren't any Korean restaurants that I'm aware of near me. Plus, too many times especially with Chinese restaurants I'm sure it's not even close to authentic. We do have a great Khmer-Thai place that a friend of mine owns. 😎
@@firefighterchick LOL!! MASH was a good educational source. Some grocery stores sell it. It may not be as good as the authentic stuff but it's pretty good, especially if you like sauerkraut . It's more spicy and heavy on the garlic.
@jameshawkins2984 I'll have to try and find it. Sauerkraut is a PA Dutch staple with pork and mashed potatoes. I hated it as a kid but love it as an adult.
Kinda hit and miss for me, he'd be fun to get drunk with (until you have to hit him), but not to pay money to see. BTW- I quit all "questionable" substances 20 years ago, so............. not so much.
I think it would be fair to perhaps watch something of him just doing regular stand-up. This video compilation is for me at least part of why I didn't think it was funny. There wasn't any context. Great now I have an image of you cracking him with a right hook or maybe an uppercut...😁🤣
Not sure I'd need a drink before I resorted to violence. Though to be fair, I don't normally use my fists. I'm quite capable of verbally reducing someone to a quivering wreck. One of these days I'm going to get a broken nose. I have zero filter when my temper is up 🤣🤣🤣
@@tundiel That's why I'm glad we are on different continents! We'd both be in prison. My filter broke during birth. Back in the day I would throw down drunk or sober, I made a little money at it too. Now days someone would have to hurt my baby in order for me to fight. Or, you know, piss me off just right!
@chueysmama2622 I hear you! My filter went when I hit 35. Things happened that made me less of a doormat, shall we say. The older I get, the less *ucks I give now 🤣🤣🤣
Based on this video only I'd have to vote thumbs down for me. I haven't decided if it's his style of humor or if at least some of it is the compilation video itself. It was way too spastic and fractured. Maybe the creator of the video knows his comedy so well that they put it together with an already a fan mindset and not someone who has never seen him before.
My funny bone remained untickled with this guy. I don't think I even had a grin. Definitely grimaced a few times, though. Thumbs up for you guys, thumbs down for the alleged comedy.
It took a couple of videos to get his sense of humor, now I watch all of his work. For me personally, he's in top 10 comedians today
He’s in my top 5 in no particular order.
I got…
BILL BURR
DAVE CHAPPELLE
RON WHITE
THEO VON
LOUIS C.K.

5:41 "Hes not on a highway, hes on like, a country road up there" is exactly the kind of metaphor Theo would use. Quality. Never heard that.
I can imagine it's not for everyone, but I couldn't help laughing.
Von is like a very chill Robin Williams, you just don't know what's going to come out of his mouth.
Years ago I heard Tracey Uliman describe Robin Williams as having 'comedy Tourette's'. I think Theo qualifies as well.

Really glad you found Theo! He's hysterical ❤️🔥 It's hard to find a compilation that does his comedy justice thou ;-)

If you like then you like it. There's nothing wrong with that.
As far as deranged goes...welcome to club along with Tundiel and I.🤣
@@firefighterchick don't forget Chuey's Mama! We three are the Witches of Eastwick! 😁

I met Theo after a show in Baltimore and he was a really nice and humble guy. He hung out for a bit and was just great. Thanks for sharing.
I love Theo because his whole gig is that he is trolling all of us
12:23 The fact you u mentioned "Wayne's World" just a few seconds after you didn't recognize Garth from "Wayne's World" - 🤯🤯 😅🤣😅😅

"the tism", spoken like a true Von fan 🤣 love it
He beat the Tism.
I like his random dark sense of humour. 😂
Wth you gotta Fresno state collar on 😂🔥
Theo Von speaks my language. It’s my ADHD being vocalized 😂
Ya know, the US is referred to as “the melting pot” but the original recipe is Louisiana, New Orleans in particular, which is where he’s from.
Best comic in the world ❤
Spectrum of awesomness😂
Very Theo specific language.
American treasure ya'll. ❤

John Caparulo is another good comedian.
He's so out there that he's hit or miss..
