- This patient came to Dr. Janjua after having a rhinoplasty with a different doctor, but she now wants an alarplasty as well. Dr. Janjua explains the approach he will take, then we see the procedure on the left side of the nose. We then talk to the patient once the surgery is complete to see how the alarplasty went.

In Asia you can get just an Alarplasty for less than 1k because it’s very common especially in Korea. An alarplasty only removes skin.
Beautiful girl before and after. I, too, have broken my nose twice, yes, twice! And I have a severely deviated septum that impedes my breathing. Plausible, I have my Greek nose to deal with. I wish I could fix it all!

It's asymmetrical and looks horrible. At the end you can tell she's pissed from the results but doesn't want to be rude

I feel sooo bad for this girl she honestly came in looking fine and her nose looks lopsided now and she had to pay to look worse. Him and these other folks in the comments that say it looks good are delusional. She was legit rolling her eyes

It's hard to really tell because of the swelling from the local anesthesia. Find her on Instagram to see how it really looks. Swelling can make things look terrible but when it goes down it looks better
