When i go to gym i see people around me with perfect nose i lose the motivation no matter how hard i train to get a better body but my nose always ruins it
Hi, how are you? I wish that was not true, but I believe that whenever you move your nose and change it through surgery, such as rhinoplasty, the nose and its structures will get worse, weaker, will never be the same as they were before. The nose will now always have the tendency to sink one or more parts of the cartilage or bone structures in which they move or saw or chisel. Among the various divisions of bones and cartilage that exist in the nose, in which they move. When they break the bone or cartilage in a very violent way as an adult, either because the bone or cartilage cells become weaker afterwards, or with less blood supply at the site, or even because of the type of cut they make in surgery, the bone or cartilage does not get loose, but sometimes it slides, and almost always inwards, because of the pressure that the skin and muscles put on its region, or even because the nose anatomy has this tendency and other parts of the body too. Because the bone and cartilage structures become weak and give way, they don't stick together as before. I read about it in an anatomy book that I studied, in the part that talks about bones and cartilage. The more you move, the worse it is, as these body structures become weaker. You can end up losing your nose if you operate it a lot, just like Michel Jackson. He's already been there. I'm also going through this, but in my case, I made the mistake of operating the heel, to correct flat feet. They touched a part that has nothing to do with the problem, which is muscle and tendons a little loose. I needed to strengthen the musculature, not do an osteotomy on the heel bone. And I am still suffering because of that. I had the surgery in 2009. In addition to the surrounding nerves, where they move, sink, along with the nose or the osteotomy that the person due to unhappiness has done, change and you only feel bad things in the region afterwards. In the sensitive part of the nerves. They never look the same again, they get worse. Be careful, and do not do these surgeries where you have osteotomies, these surgeries are just wasted time and headaches. There is no such thing as perfection in this world. And the more we move on a part of the body to change it, and look different from the natural way, with surgeries, the more imperfect we become. It gets worse. Do not do these surgeries, you will have health problems for the rest of your life. Health is very important, believe me. I believe that not even doctors know this, only those who go through it are you know. You can see that they themselves do not operate their nose. They know the theory of how to operate, but once operated, how people get, they don't know. I know this because I heard several complaints from people who made them and even though the surgery was considered '' a success '', they did not like the result and said that if they could go back, they would never have done this surgery and from my own personal experience, in that moved the back of my heel, inward, to make a '' curve in the foot '' and now my step is as crooked as it was and it is bending my whole leg and hip, just like the heel where they moved and the sensitivity the heel was horrible. There are mistakes in medicine, just as there are mistakes in any other profession. And these surgeries are a medical error, it was not even supposed to exist, because of so many complaints they receive. I think they just haven't banned it yet because of the money they earn from them, the basis of harming the health of others. Not all doctors are like that, but most are unfortunately. That is why so many people who do rhinoplasty have a crooked nose afterwards. It is not that the person hit him somewhere during recovery from the surgery, but that the bones where they cut become weak, and slide down afterwards, leaving him crooked. Look at the headache that the person has been getting for the rest of his life. A hug .
Hi Simp, how are you? Thanks for asking. But I'm in a bad way, Simp, getting worse with time, because of this surgery they did on me. They did a surgery on me called osteotomy variant of the calcaneus, to "correct", flat foot. How I regret it. When they saw the bone, as it is a very aggressive procedure, the bone no longer sticks as before. It is not like a fracture, which the bone then glues normally in place. He doesn't let go, but he keeps sliding and sinking with time. They saw half the heel bone and put it 1 cm in. This is wrong because the heel is not the cause of the flat foot. He is healthy and in surgery they spoil him. Now as he sank more than 1 cm inward he started to overload all the bones in my body and they started to bend. Mainly, the leg and hip bones. I am in great pain now. These osteotomy surgeries in which they saw the bone and then move it, are a medical error, just as there are errors in any profession. This was the surgery they did on me and I regret it forever, I am much worse than before, I wanted to get my feet back as they were before having this surgery. When they saw the bone, the bone does not stick as it used to, either because the bone cells get weaker, or with less blood supply at the site, or with a bone scar where they saw it. The bone never comes back as it was. And the person ends up with this problem forever. Therefore, these osteotomy surgeries are dangerous and should be prohibited. It puts an end to people's health. In my opinion, who has a foot like this, should stay like that, with a flat foot. Just wear a shoe with a little jump that already gives a good relief. It is normal to have your foot like this. But if the person is in pain because of this, it is better to use orthoses or do physical therapy or use a bandage on the plantar fascia of the foot, which is the one that bends or flattens the foot more. If it is more elongated, the foot is flatter, and if it is more shortened, because of the strengthening of this region, the foot is more curved. Don't do this surgery, it will end your health and life, just like me. Health is very important and very precious. What I'm going through and suffering every day because of that is enough. In addition, like the bone where they move, they put it more inward, the nerves in that region move out of place and also go further inward. Then you just start to feel negative things and no longer feel good like the person did before doing this. Both in the environment and in your body, because the nerves leave their original place and sink. And they never go back to normal, unless they go back in place, undoing the surgery. But this surgery cannot be undone, unless the screws are still on your heels and you sit on the floor squatting and force your heel on the floor, so that the heel goes out again. That as the bone doesn’t stick any better and sometimes slips, it will slide out, more to its original place than before. But the bone never sticks right. Without the screws, you can't do that. Whenever you hear the word osteotomy, avoid these surgeries, if it won't be a problem later. So Simp, if with this surgery that I did on the heel bone there was a problem, on the nose bone or on his cartilage, the same thing must happen, because they are all bones from different parts of the body and that is why they are the same. If this happened with a bone in the body, with another bone in the body that they move, the same thing must happen, as in the nose bone. Hugs.
Wow you just made me not wanna get the surgery I wanted to so bad just wanted to change my nose but now I understand that I really need to just accept myself

That procedure costs more than 5K… I had mine done in 1985 and it was $6,500. then… Now more like $ 16,000.. and my surgery was 2 hours ( Actually 5 and a half - I had a bone graft in my chin and cheeks )… Which added thousands more..
C'mon, Justin. Remember your econ 101--price is set by supply & demand. Demand for this skill is much higher than supply. And the speed of good surgery only increases its value.
If you decide to get a nose job, PLEASE talk to your doctor about everything that will be done. Doctors sometimes will remove part of the turbinate tissue when doing a nose job. The turbinates need to be left alone. Operating on them can cause severe breathing problems and a horrible condition called ENS. Plastic surgery is your choice---but stay safe when doing so.
Wait, so a patient with a bulbous nose/flared nostrils need cartilage removed? Am I right? Can the removed cartilage be used to work on the nose bridge?
I had this idea ..... it won't help any adult but it could be a miracle for young people. Here it is: a nose brace that kids wear at night and any time they have privacy at home. We wear orthodontist braces on our teeth so why not nose braces? It could be made out of rigid plastic. Most of the child's growth spurt happens in early adolescence so they can wear the nose brace for 2 to 3 years. Different sizes and shapes can be offered depending on bone structure, etc. The brace will force the bone and cartilage into a straight, pleasing shape. What do you think of my idea?
Dr Rawnsley from Beverly Hills is great for handling African American-like noses (bulbous nasal tips) he will perform computer imaging to show you what to expect on what you'd look like after the operation

Cant wait till im of legal age to get rid of my nose tip.. Its not wide but its wide for my face considering my lips are small and i have a petite face. I would be pretty if my nose wasnt so ball like and weird. Im turning 18 in 4 years so its not that far.. So relieved
Another ugly part about me is my eyebrows and acne. Im going to take medicine for acne if my doctors actually do something useful and ill take medication to grow my eyebrows more. I really wish i had at least one european feature going into my brows

That procedure costs more than 5K… I had mine done in 1985 and it was $6,500. then… Now more like $ 16,000.. and my surgery was 2 hours ( Actually 5 and a half - I had a bone graft in my chin and cheeks )… Which added thousands more..
Richard Beman that’s not the procedure shown here.
High risk job that requires a lot of skill. Surgeons spend a lot of time practicing on expensive replicas, and if he messed up he loses his job
C'mon, Justin. Remember your econ 101--price is set by supply & demand. Demand for this skill is much higher than supply. And the speed of good surgery only increases its value.
I don't even want a beautiful nose just a normal looking one and I'll be happy
Same 😭😭😭😭
Same😢😅
Osea que todavía tengo esperanzas de que mi nariz se corrija. Bendito Dios!!

It takes a beautiful nose to notice a pleasing smile. Only surgery can gives you an attractive nose...so do surgery for your betterment...
Lyra Blanche I agree. I'm not ugly, but with my big nose I look very unattractive.

My friends have naturally good noses but I'm getting a rhinoplasty next month
I need that right now 😮
Im ready for this plz pray for me

Joking, of course 😄😄
How long is the recovery

A perfect nose. In which country/hospital is this operation done? Thanks, doctor.

Wait, so a patient with a bulbous nose/flared nostrils need cartilage removed? Am I right? Can the removed cartilage be used to work on the nose bridge?
Please make also an animation of alarplasty🙏🙏🙏
how much does it cost
I had this idea ..... it won't help any adult but it could be a miracle for young people. Here it is: a nose brace that kids wear at night and any time they have privacy at home. We wear orthodontist braces on our teeth so why not nose braces? It could be made out of rigid plastic. Most of the child's growth spurt happens in early adolescence so they can wear the nose brace for 2 to 3 years. Different sizes and shapes can be offered depending on bone structure, etc. The brace will force the bone and cartilage into a straight, pleasing shape. What do you think of my idea?
To reduce bulbous nose, doesn't it requires rib cartilage?
0:48 its literally midnight what has youtube recommended to me 🧍♀️
is there any surgeon that specializes in this kind of problem?
Dr Rawnsley from Beverly Hills is great for handling African American-like noses (bulbous nasal tips) he will perform computer imaging to show you what to expect on what you'd look like after the operation
angelyn genisan Starting prices for rhinoplasty in California is basically always going to be 8,000$-12,000$ that includes the surgeon fees and anesthesia. I recommend going to Miami, starting prices for some great doctors there range from as little as 4500$ to 7500$
Dr. Etai Funk in Houston specializes in ethnic noses. Look him up

No, not after the procedure
I really need this doin tbh. Hate getting bullied but glad I know what to tell the doctor if he charges less 😂😂
I hate my nose. I mean when you look at my face, the first thing you'd probably see would be my nostrils. My self esteem is so dead. Make up looks terrible. I hate it so so so so so so bad. It's the one feature on my face that I wouldn't mind replacing. It's terrible. And no one should tell me shit about how pretty I look with that nose.
Chidera Lilian 💯

The aftermath is
Depends on the kind of surgery you will be going through. The one in the video is less risky compared to other 👃 jobs.
Watch my video
I wanna know d cost for surgery🤧
Sería mucho mejor mostrar a pacientes ANTES Y DESPUES de la operación.....porque en diseño todo es posible....pero en la realidad no siempre es asi.
solo busca fotos del antes y después, esta es una animación del procedimiento.

Can't we reshape our nose by useing a nose massage, withiout any surgeory?
Cant wait till im of legal age to get rid of my nose tip.. Its not wide but its wide for my face considering my lips are small and i have a petite face. I would be pretty if my nose wasnt so ball like and weird. Im turning 18 in 4 years so its not that far.. So relieved
Another ugly part about me is my eyebrows and acne. Im going to take medicine for acne if my doctors actually do something useful and ill take medication to grow my eyebrows more. I really wish i had at least one european feature going into my brows
Jesus i remember looking at my old photos and photos of me as a little girl, so hideous and hard to look at its creepy. Nose looks absolutely revolting
