I can’t fathom how taking out that tiny amount of cartilage & putting in a stitch would have that much of a dramatic, all curing effect on someone with that type of nose. I’d need to see it performed for real to believe it.

I need this. My nose was never really thin but it was nice and had a good shape. Idk why my nose has gotten so bulbous that it’s the only feature to stand out on my face now and not in a good way. Today I took photos and my God I’ve been crying the whole day. It’s terrible to see my nose now and not recognize myself anymore. I hope my rhinoplasty goes well and that I can get rid of this nose that is torturing my mental health.

I hate my nose. HATE IT. My brother was born with a perfect thin nose and I got this big massive fat blob that doesn't match my face at all. And now I'm forced to watch this video and research surgeons to fix it. Why oh why....
same here, my whole family literally gets the best genetics, ESPECIALLY their noses. My parents got thin noses and my brother got that flawless upturned nose, but I got that damned large af nose that makes me look like a clown. This is so unfair not gonna lie
@@JohnnySinsDoppelganger Me too. I'm a black guy and it's like I got both of my parents nose. My mother got the skinny pointed nose and my dad got the wide nose. So it seems like I got the best of both noses with this bulbous tip. And looking at it from the side profile looks kinda weird. Makes it looks like a rocket nose that goes up in the air. When I get a hand mirror and look at it in 3D, it look bad comparing it to other people's side profile but it doesn't look so bad by itself if you know what I mean.

I never thought my nose was big till I was ruthlessness made fun of in middle and High school, at sports practice, by my family, etc. I have a tiny bridge but the end is very wide and round. I want this so bad! 😩

I hate my nose. I mean when you look at my face, the first thing you'd probably see would be my nostrils. My self esteem is so dead. Make up looks terrible. I hate it so so so so so so bad. It's the one feature on my face that I wouldn't mind replacing. It's terrible. And no one should tell me shit about how pretty I look with that nose.

I had this exact procedure done and I had a stainless steel wire through the end of my nose for days. My Dr. stated it was the most difficult rhinoplasty he had performed..

That procedure costs more than 5K… I had mine done in 1985 and it was $6,500. then… Now more like $ 16,000.. and my surgery was 2 hours ( Actually 5 and a half - I had a bone graft in my chin and cheeks )… Which added thousands more..

Hi, how are you? I wish that was not true, but I believe that whenever you move your nose and change it through surgery, such as rhinoplasty, the nose and its structures will get worse, weaker, will never be the same as they were before. The nose will now always have the tendency to sink one or more parts of the cartilage or bone structures in which they move or saw or chisel. Among the various divisions of bones and cartilage that exist in the nose, in which they move. When they break the bone or cartilage in a very violent way as an adult, either because the bone or cartilage cells become weaker afterwards, or with less blood supply at the site, or even because of the type of cut they make in surgery, the bone or cartilage does not get loose, but sometimes it slides, and almost always inwards, because of the pressure that the skin and muscles put on its region, or even because the nose anatomy has this tendency and other parts of the body too. Because the bone and cartilage structures become weak and give way, they don't stick together as before. I read about it in an anatomy book that I studied, in the part that talks about bones and cartilage. The more you move, the worse it is, as these body structures become weaker. You can end up losing your nose if you operate it a lot, just like Michel Jackson. He's already been there. I'm also going through this, but in my case, I made the mistake of operating the heel, to correct flat feet. They touched a part that has nothing to do with the problem, which is muscle and tendons a little loose. I needed to strengthen the musculature, not do an osteotomy on the heel bone. And I am still suffering because of that. I had the surgery in 2009. In addition to the surrounding nerves, where they move, sink, along with the nose or the osteotomy that the person due to unhappiness has done, change and you only feel bad things in the region afterwards. In the sensitive part of the nerves. They never look the same again, they get worse. Be careful, and do not do these surgeries where you have osteotomies, these surgeries are just wasted time and headaches. There is no such thing as perfection in this world. And the more we move on a part of the body to change it, and look different from the natural way, with surgeries, the more imperfect we become. It gets worse. Do not do these surgeries, you will have health problems for the rest of your life. Health is very important, believe me. I think they just haven't banned it yet because of the money they earn from them, the basis of harming the health of others. Not all doctors are like that, but most are unfortunately. That is why so many people who do rhinoplasty have a crooked nose afterwards. It is not that the person hit him somewhere during recovery from the surgery, but that the bones where they cut become weak, and slide down afterwards, leaving him crooked. Hi Simp, how are you? Thanks for asking. But I'm in a bad way, Simp, getting worse with time, because of this surgery they did on me. They did a surgery on me called osteotomy variant of the calcaneus, to "correct", flat foot. How I regret it. When they saw the bone, as it is a very aggressive procedure, the bone no longer sticks as before. It is not like a fracture, which the bone then glues normally in place. He doesn't let go, but he keeps sliding and sinking with time. They saw half the heel bone and put it 1 cm in. This is wrong because the heel is not the cause of the flat foot. He is healthy and in surgery they spoil him. Now as he sank more than 1 cm inward he started to overload all the bones in my body and they started to bend. Mainly, the leg and hip bones. I am in great pain now. These osteotomy surgeries in which they saw the bone and then move it, are a medical error, just as there are errors in any profession. This was the surgery they did on me and I regret it forever, I am much worse than before, I wanted to get my feet back as they were before having this surgery. When they saw the bone, the bone does not stick as it used to, either because the bone cells get weaker, or with less blood supply at the site, or with a bone scar where they saw it. The bone never comes back as it was. And the person ends up with this problem forever. Therefore, these osteotomy surgeries are dangerous and should be prohibited. It puts an end to people's health. In my opinion, who has a foot like this, should stay like that, with a flat foot. Just wear a shoe with a little jump that already gives a good relief. It is normal to have your foot like this. But if the person is in pain because of this, it is better to use orthoses or do physical therapy or use a bandage on the plantar fascia of the foot, which is the one that bends or flattens the foot more. If it is more elongated, the foot is flatter, and if it is more shortened, because of the strengthening of this region, the foot is more curved. Don't do this surgery, it will end your health and life, just like me. Health is very important and very precious. What I'm going through and suffering every day because of that is enough. In addition, like the bone where they move, they put it more inward, the nerves in that region move out of place and also go further inward. Then you just start to feel negative things and no longer feel good like the person did before doing this. Both in the environment and in your body, because the nerves leave their original place and sink. And they never go back to normal, unless they go back in place, undoing the surgery. But this surgery cannot be undone, unless the screws are still on your heels and you sit on the floor squatting and force your heel on the floor, so that the heel goes out again. That as the bone doesn’t stick any better and sometimes slips, it will slide out, more to its original place than before. But the bone never sticks right. Without the screws, you can't do that. Whenever you hear the word osteotomy, avoid these surgeries, if it won't be a problem later. So Simp, if with this surgery that I did on the heel bone there was a problem, on the nose bone or on his cartilage, the same thing must happen, because they are all bones from different parts of the body and that is why they are the same. If this happened with a bone in the body, with another bone in the body that they move, the same thing must happen, as in the nose bone. Hugs.

I have @ question I been having problems breathing about 5 years now and I don't know what is causing it my nose feels swollen Everytime I breathe I can't sleep at night cause of that problem also I can't even eat also cause of that I feel when I eat that he food goes through the e nose when I feel good that's the time I can eat I eat twice a day cause later on I can't eat cause of my nose I end up sleeping late around 7:00AM or 9:00AM I really need some help with my nose I appreciate it if someone can tell me if there's any doctors in Chicago to test my problem I can't take it anymore
